Came home to find a package on my porch from my DH's "aunt" (they are related somehow but I can't remember how). She sent a onesie and WTEWYE, plus what to expect the first year. Day made. I'm so touched.
I totally called off of work today so that I could spend time with DH. We went out to breakfast and it was fabulous. I have no regrets right now, but I'm sure I will when I get back to work tomorrow.

Ladies I have a super trivial and random question for you.
Before I got pregnant I weighed about 127 pounds. I was pregnant for 10w3ds and put on 6.5 pounds before miscarrying. I didn't lose any of that weight before I fell pregnant again because it happened so quickly (no AF in between pregnancies) and I've now put on another 4.5 pounds in 13w5d.
That makes 11 pounds total which scares the shit out of me.
If I just go by what I've put on this time around I feel a lot better about it, but I know I'm going to want to get back to 127 pounds after I've delivered this bub so is it kinda cheating?
I know I should be focussing on health and not weight, and believe me I'm trying. But I'm just terrified about putting on excessive amounts (issues much?).
I plan to talk to my doctor about it, but do you guys have any advice?
I ate a vegetable today. And I kept it down. Also I need to get on a computer so I can see everyone's siggies. And making a siggy might be a good idea. :-p

I remember reading that it's not uncommon to put on more first trimester, but you can balance it in the second. Good luck!

jabs, DD finally got a bath last night for the first time in week - I truly couldn't remember when she had one last, which made MH nervous (or some more appropriate word I can't grasp right now) enough to do it himself. Score. Note to self: take long enough to bathe child, husband WILL eventually do it.
