Spring Bulbs active...please help!

Hi everyone!
I was given a hyacynth and some other sping bulbs at easter. Everyone told me to wrap them and put them in my cold room and they would bloom again in the spring. This has worked for me in the past but I was down in the cold room the other day and just noticed they are active again. What should I do with them? Should I bring them out and see if they will bloom now or cut off the new growth?
Please help!
