Whaaat is this no-show bill? I'm going to have to check that out. I agree, no fuss is the only way to go for parties!
I hate flying too, but when it cuts travel time from 13 hours to 1.5, I'll take it!
Related to no fuss, my uo is that I don't think all the little frilly girl clothes are worth it. Mine has been almost exclusively in androgynous sleepers and onesies. She wore a hand-me-down dress once-
zengal - I HATE frilly and pink girly stuff. That played a role in our stance to not tell anyone if we were having a boy or a girl. We knew, but didn't announce it until she was born.
I would love to see what the baby shower board would do with the birthday party no show bill. Those ladies are pretty darned serious about ther etiquette.

I've gotten 2 invites to showers thrown by the mom, and one is her 2nd. Maybe I should go have some fun with that hahaha
I'm not loving my Simple Wishes bra. Since I'm still at home, it's already a pain to pull up shirt and tank top and unclip nursing bra from the back. The clips on the front of the nursing bra interfere with the pump flanges. Trying to put on the hands free bra is a hassle. Just faster to hold the flanges. I use an Ameda pump at home.
Also if I unclip the nursing bra from the front, the nursing pads get all crushed and crumpled.
Adds to the unattractive/frumpy feeling I've got going.
Bae drives me freaking nuts! Type it into Google search, all kinds of crap comes up.
whoever thought of Bae needs to be punched in the throat. My 16yr sister said that one time, I told her we could not be sisters anymore if she kept that shit up.

There are a lot of mommy bloggers on Instagram and they always have on the cutest outfits, have perfect happy babies, and are always out and about doing amazing things. Maybe I'm jealous but they don't inspire me, just annoy me. I would rather see pictures of how motherhood really is.

I could have taken a picture of my spit-upon shirt and my baby's messed up hair and plain onesie with tiny green turtles in our house that we haven't left since.... But we're perfectly happy!
