What do you call your baby? Just baby? A nickname? The real name you'd like to use?
In college one of my sisters made a Twitter account for a biology class. It was a fetus tweeting its own development. She called it Tweetus the Fetus, so now that I'm pregnant we started calling it Tweetus and the name seems to have stuck.
Just 'the baby' here, although DS clarifies with 'the baby in your belly' to differentiate his from toy baby.
During my last pregnancy I had an acquaintance who was also pregnant, due around the same time and she started using the name they chose for the baby immediately after finding out the sex (e.g. 'Noah's really been kicking a lot lately'). I don't know, but it just sounded a little strange.

With my son, we called him Baby Jelly. There's a story! Someone told me if we were having a girl I should combine both grandmother's names, twilight style. This person was completely serious. My mom is Jennifer, H's mom is Kelly. So, as a joke we called him Baby Jelly and it stuck the entire pregnancy until he was born and we decided on a name.
With this one, I call it C-Squared. Our last name starts with a C and it's the second, even though 2 and squared aren't the same, it just stuck.
The baby over here. Probably will be till he/she is born because we decided to be team green. We called my son by his name once he knew the sex and had a name picked out.
My friends call their baby "infy" and I think that's adorable. Although he does refer to ours as "infy" as well

A lot of cute names here!
Last time we used Poppy, because of the poppyseed size when we found out, which really stuck. I was almost surprised we used her name when she was born, and weren't stuck on Poppy.
This time nothing seems to fit quite the same. We've used the bug because of Ovia's water bug, Mimi because that's what DD randomly starting yelling when I asked if she wanted a brother or sister, and Blobby after the 7w ultrasound blob. Blobby is probably most common, as flattering as that as. Sometimes it's straight up "Mimi blobby bug." A lot of times it's just baby.
I called DS belly ninja once I could feel him moving and then sometimes by his name once we knew the sex. I call this one #2 for now, but will also probably call him/her belly ninja once I feel movement. We will probably also call him/her the chosen name once we know the sex.

I flip routinely between he, she and it. We also refer to it as "wee Mo" because our real life nicknames for each other are "GMo" and "EMo"... and that rhymes. And because we're nerds.
