I'm anxious about my trip this weekend. I'm not worried about leaving the kids with DH, but just with straight up traveling alone. I think the last time I travelled anywhere completely solo was my semester abroad in college. That was over a decade ago. This feels like a very adult thing to be doing and despite having a husband, 2 children, a house, full time job, and being +30 years old, I still don't feel like I'm actually an adult. When do you start feeling like you're actually an adult?

I'm 38 and have yet for it to kick in. When I went to AZ last spring by myself I was a little anxious, too. But I remembered I had given birth and raising a child, so everything else was chump change.
My fffc is that I cannot stop analyzing every twinge or pain thinking it might be labor starting and googling all the things. Even though I've done this two times before. I'm pathetic.

I don't blame you!! I'm sure once I reach 39 weeks I'll be doing the same thing.

Totally normal!! It's such a crazy time-- like "please let this finally be labor" and also "oh crap no, not ready!!!"
I had a tooth that was bothering me while pregnant. I didn't see a dentist because I thought it was pregnancy related. Nope. Def not. Need a dentist but my schedule is crazy so I'm putting it off.

I like looking at first time mom registries and judging them. Looked at DHs cousin's registry last night and she had registered for tons of blankets. She also didn't even register for the good muslin ones that are great for a little of everything.
I also may have thought too hard about buying another blanket that she didn't register for just for my own amusement.

Bahahahahaha I do too!! I have a baby shower this weekend for DH'S cousin and I have been silently judging her registry for awhile.

DH is cleaning the house and picking up. DD is roaming around with her bottle. I'm sitting on the couch playing Spotify songs and On here. Don't feel guilty at all.
