I feel like now that I'm not pregnant anymore, I have all of this free time to devote to my toddler. With Valentine's Day coming up, I need some fun stuff to make it special.
Does anyone do themed meals, or crafts? Traditions?

Send them to grandmas? lol. We were planning to celebrate Valentine's Day as a couple for the first time since DD was born, and now my mom has ended up in the hospital and it's looking we may be spending the weekend in a romantic cabin with DD...sigh....
In all seriousness though, maybe you could make personalized valentines for the people around you (DH, grandparents, etc)...you could cut them out and then let LO decorate them (if they're old enough...if not, maybe put their handprint on them).

Oh no! Is she okay?
I actually should send her to grandmas. Go out on a proper date.

thepax89, opheliainwaders, we don't really know what's going on. She's had stage 4 renal cancer for a couple of years now, and this place has popped up on her neck and swelled up double size within 3 hrs. They are trying to figure out if we're dealing with an infection, a hematoma, or if this has something to do with her cancer...she's been there since 5am yesterday and we still don't have any answers.
I picked up small (6 inch x 6 inch) canvases from Michaels and did handprint flowers for my aunt and cousin. Apparently DS is NOT cool with having paint on his hands, so for my mom I cut out small construction paper hearts, plopped some red and purple paint into a clear container, added some unpopped popcorn, tossed the hearts in, and let DS shake it to decorate. Then I mod podged the hearts onto scrapbook paper and popped it on a frame. A rare Pinterest win. www.sunnydayfamily.com/2016/01/shake-up-hearts.html?m=1
