For your kids and for yourself. We don't have Netflix but we do have Amazon prime. And we have cable with on demand.
P used to watch Paw patrol but doesn't anymore. He will occasionally watch Sesame Street but that's about it. He watches/plays my iPad when I'm getting meals ready but it would be nice to have a show instead. I wouldn't mind just one new show, educational if possible but it doesn't matter. Something more like paw patrol and Sesame Street versus spongebob.
I also need a couple of shows since I'm home for a while. I might actually get to watch TV every once in a while. I was thinking about "you me and the apocalypse" or "superstore". Something light.
Also if you need a Rec and like sci fi type things, H and I started watching "the expanse" on syfy and it is actually really good.

Aubrey loves Odd Squad on pbs. It has a math lesson in each show and I think it's cute. It's not a cartoon though so I don't know if that makes a difference to P. Bubble guppies is pretty cute too.
I don't know if this is on demand but I've started watching the New Girl and think it's pretty funny. A nice light fluffy show.
Tommy's favorites are Daniel Tiger and Mickey Mouse Clubhouse. He also likes watching all the Peanuts Movies we have on DVD and DVR. He's obsessed with the Lego Movie right now though so we've watched a lot of that.
For the kids - my kids love Dora, Diego, Tumble Leaf, Bubble Guppies, and Shaun the Sheep. They have also watched Wild Kratts, Daniel Tiger, Octonauts, Super Why. Amazon has lots of good kid programs! NOT Caillou!!!!

Cosette is really into my Little Ponies, Super Why, and way into Scooby Doo ( I'm not sure about it, she is having nightmares and I'm thinking this is why).
We watch Grimm, xfiles, shades of blues lately. But I don't really get to watch often.
Henry loves PJ Masks on Disney Jr, MMCH on Disney Jr, Dora on Prime, Bubble Guppies on Prime, and he's obsessed with My little Ponies.
My H and I watch New Girl (we love it), Modern Family, Big Bang, and NCIS. We just started DVRing the new OJ Simpson thing on FX (I think it's FX) but haven't watched it yet.

Sadie really likes Bubble Guppies, Wild Kratts, and Umizoomi. I like New Girl and The Mindy Project (that one is on Hulu). Grandfathered is a cute one and new this season with John Stamos that's pretty light. I also really like Fresh Off the Boat and Blackish.
Hanna loves little Einsteins, bubble guppies, peppa pig, pj masks just to name a few.
I would like to catch up on once upon a time if I could. Otherwise the walking dead, blacklist, scandal, and I can't think of the name but the one with Kevin Bacon abut him chasing a cult leader /killer. Dang I can't believe the name is lost on me. There are 3 seasons.
I still love Doctor Who, and eff you Netflix for getting rid of. I've been watching The Shannara Chronicles, but its really "meh" compared to the books, and its a little clunky having elves use modern vernacular phrases. Overall, not bad but not great.
Fun Fact: I exchanged a few letters with writer Terry Brooks when I was a young'un. I have his replied to me, written in his own handwriting
Once Upon A Time is up and down as well, but S1 & 2 are worth it. I think it jumped the shark this season, though.
Walking Dead is always fabulous.
A little more fun is Big Bang Theory, and a little more weird is Sleepy Hollow. I absolutely adore the guy who plays Crane...he does some of his own little unscripted "character comedy" for the show because he's totally IN CHARACTER. (ie he encounters a cell phone that says "slide to open" and he slides the entire phone from one end of the table to the other).
Any interest in Brit TV? Downtown Abbey, Sherlock, and Broadchurch are binge-worthy. Broadchurch is one of my favorite shows, ever.
Kayleigh is all over the place with her shows. She loves Curious George, MMCH and PJ Masks most I would say right now.
I mostly watch NCIS, The Curse of Oak Island (History Channel), Big Bang Theory, and Killing Fields (Discovery). I don't get much time to actually watch tv, so I don't actually watch a lot of shows or know what is really on at this point.

Ladies, where is My Little Pony? I would love to see if Riley would like it (because I would love it)!
Riley just started watching Wishenpoof and Daniel Tiger on Amazon (we also let her watch Caillou but it drives me insane). She also loves Sofia the First, Jake and the Neverland Pirates and Doc McStuffins on Disney Jr.
We watch a lot of crime shows. NCIS LA, Chicago Fire, Chicago PD and now Chicago Med, The Blacklist, etc.
summergirl1211, My Little Pony is on Discovery Family (bizarre) and we don't actually get that station. My sister has a bunch of the new series on DVD and that's how Henry has seen it. I resorted to buying episodes on the Kindle for him.

Paw Patrol, Blaze, Team Umizoomi, Super Why, Daniel Tiger, Dora and friends (the new Dora. Very specific lol), Go Diego Go, PJ Masks.
Oh and the Lion Guard on Disney Jr! That show is like crack to my kids and the nephews.
Ds2 demands paw patrol be on the tv at all times so we've been watching a lot of that lately (MOTY)
For me, the only new show I'm really watching is The Last Man on Earth (which is really quirky and awkward kind of humor), mostly I just watch Friends and Big Bang Theory reruns.

There's a lot of My Little Pony episodes on YouTube too!
OMG, if I could binge watch Friends I would be in heaven. I love that show. We just played a trivia game that was a Friend's edition and it made me miss seeing it.

It's on Netflix
I knew that, it's just having the time for it. I could easily spend a whole day watching it, but obviously not the easiest with 2 young kids.
