What does everyone have planned for this weekend? The weather is supposed to be gorgeous around here do I hope it is nice in your area too!
Tomorrow I'm supposed to take the kids to the zoo and meet my sister and her boyfriend. It's the first time we are meeting him so we'll see how that goes. I have nothing planned for Sunday yet. Maybe I'll try to get out for some me time without the kids, but I really should grocery shop and meal prep before my treatment on Tuesday.
We just have some yard work and errands to run, but being that it's going to be beautiful, just as long as we can be in our back yard for a good part of it I will be happy.

It's spring here!!! Finally!!! Last week-end's snowstorm was a downer, but this sunshine and warmish weather is awesome! We might be grilling tonight! Or we might go to McDonald's. It's looking more like McDonald's since Liam is still napping and I promised I'd take them to the park, so no time to go to grocery store/cook.
Tomorrow, we're meeting up with friends at a playground, and Sunday I'm running a 5K. We'll see how that goes... Afterwards, we may be heading to a state park for a hike with the kids (read: standing still while the kids play with branches).
Well I guess we are the only part of the country without good weather. It's supposed to rain then switch to snow and we are getting anywhere between 8-14 inches depending on when it switches. We are stuck inside probably for the whole weekend. Oh well. Just hanging out I guess.
We are going to the Loch Norman Highland (Scottish) Games! Should be fun! Other than that we are doing some housework and I am hoping to get time to go to the ultra running store in Charlotte to buy a new pair of running shoes.

We started out our weekend with dance pictures. I dropped over $200 on pictures and the recital DVD. I wish dance wasn't so expensive. After pictures we stopped by my grandparents for a visit and then we went out for pizza. Avery ate a huge slice (think New York style slice) all to herself and part of her sisters. I'm assuming she's hitting a growth spurt. I'm hoping the girls go right to sleep so I can finish watching Grays Anatomy.
Saturday I am taking the girls to mother/daughter date night at chick fil a. Right after we are headed to church. They are hosting an event with carnival games and hot air balloon rides. I think my cousins wife is bringing their boys so it should be fun.
Sunday we have the pinewood derby at church. It's kind of boring for me but the kids enjoy it.
During our down time I hope to be outside. It's going to be in the upper 70s. Perfect spring weather!
Nothing much planned for tomorrow. It was supposed to be my due date for the baby that I lost so I'm planning on staying close to home and 'cocooning' as h and I call it. Today was H's birthday so we're having a party at our restaurant Sunday. That's about it.

Not too much planned. Today I am going to a local LLR event where I will probably buy way too much, then this evening we have a birthday party for a five year old. It should be interesting. My friend who went to this birthday party last year told me about the sheer amount of alcohol and drinking games that were played. Sunday will be a recovery day. I am thinking a much needed recovery day.

Today is super busy - swim lessons, opening day of tee-ball parade, and a game. Then a birthday party. Tommy has been showing lots of anxiety lately and it's been draining. So I hope he can just enjoy today

Thanks everybody. Dh doesn't understand why the date still bothers me but it just does.
It probably always will. Our first baby was due May 4. I always remember. I still wonder what he/she would have been like and it has been over 6 years since our loss. It does get more manageable as time goes on but you'll always feel a sense of loss for your child.
traceyt07, hugs lady. starfishy, I hope he managed to have some good days. What do you think is going on?
I really think it's baby anxiety. He's been scared of the dark, scared of swim lessons even though the first 5 lessons went fine, getting in trouble at school, having accidents, using really bad language and biting me and H (no one else). As I get bigger he gets more anxious. He says he's excited and loves to give the baby kisses, but he's definitely having some nervousness about it. So we started another sticker chart to stop the accidents, giving him some real one on one time, reading big brother books, and lots of positive reinforcement. Teachers at school are great and understanding and help us out. Saturday was great. He did okay at swimming, but had a great time at tee ball. I think he realized that's only for big boys and my H was helping on the field and he LOVED that. Then they went to a birthday party and he had a great time. He was really bad in church this morning, but he did okay after that. Just something we have to work through, but it's tough. Thanks for asking. It helped to vent it all out!

traceyt07, Add me to the list of people that want to hug you!
vanessalc, My 5k went really well, and we had a great day afterwards. However, I got hit by a killer migraine while we were at the restaurant tonight, and I'm thinking it might be related to my race? I don't know... Anyone have any experience related to this? Or tips to manage a sudden migraine? Because I might have cried laying down in the restroom of the restaurant tonight, before leaving the restaurant and wandering the streets looking for a pharmacy, by myself... I might have came across as a junkie looking for a fix, and H had a lot of WTF to leaving him alone in the restaurant with two kids and not telling him I was going to look for a pharmacy.
