Opt to cancel the rest of my long awaited tattoo sessions the week I got my BFP. (I've had a half sleeve done for 6 years now and finally decided to finish it). It's almost done but it's frikin driving me crazy cause I have bad OCD and it's NOT done lol. That will be one of the few things I make sure I do for myself once he is born
Have 30" roots because they said no bleach and my hair is dark brown so it won't take color w/o bleaching. So I look kinda like an ice pop w brown roots! (Pink fade to blue)
Give up my dining room/drinking room/ boardgame room so we can build our little man his Super Mario Brothers themed nursery.
Have to finally limit my time playing videogames.... that is until he gets older and i can train him
Ok that's enough from me.... how about you ladies...what are things you would absolutely not do or not give up for ANYONE other then ur LO?

Talk to your stylist about color melting. My hair dresser does this on a lot of her clients and it looks really pretty. Kind of like a grownup ombre.
The only thing I would not give up for anyone other than LO is my sleep. The good Lord knows I love my sleepy time! In bed by 10pm M-F and my 2 hour naps on the weekend are some of the best moments of my life. I love to sleep but that's about to come to an end.
Give up coffee! I have had half a cup here or there but boy do I miss my morning mug. Also smoked salmon and salads from my favorite salad place that has pieces of cold salami in it. All food related haha.
Give up unpasteurized blue cheese, lunch-meat turkey sandwiches, medium rare steak, and alcohol... For the record, I'm not giving anything up for Lent because I feel like being in the third trimester during Lent counts.
Give up coffee, alcohol, sleep, and some food. I don't even know how I function during the day anymore without my coffee. I CANNOT wait to be able to drink it on the reg again.
We live in a small 3 bedroom house, and DH and I have hobbies that take up space. I sew a lot, DH builds furniture and does computer programming from home. It all takes up a lot of space, but we feel strongly about our kids each having their own room if at all possible.
DH is now crammed into the corner of our very small dining area for work and I have a folding dinner tray and the living room floor for sewing.
I lied I guess alcohol is my answer. Only for the baby am I giving up alcohol.
Oh that's a good one! Tag that onto my other sacrifice. I'm used to having my nightly wine but I haven't had any since the BFP. I know they say that a glass here and there is alright but it's really not worth it. Plus the amount you're allowed to have is just enough to piss me off because I'd only want more. Might as well hold off until the baby is born.
O hell yea, I will def be posting pictures. Right now DH is about half down w building the room so hopefully in a few more weeks we can start decorating. But lemme tell ya... other then on Etsy and pinterest there is NO super mario nursery stuff online. It's kinda sad... so we are gonna have to get our own large stickers printed and prob make the crib set.

Never heard of that process....I'll look into it, see what my options are. I should really post a pic of my hair right now lol. It's hurendous lol!
Yup.....Slipknot is coming to NY and i would love to go... but I don't know how well that would go over HAHAH. Funny visual actually lol... 6.5 month prego women waddling in only to be squeezed by a bunch of young sweaty smelly boys haha! I've seen Slipknot already so I'm happy with that. They were amazing, aside from TOOL

Oh no! Gasp!
I'm so sorry you have to sew on a folding tray!
You're a better mother than I, I kept my sewing room. Baby can sleep in our room.
