LO and I are going to visit my bestie tomorrow! I'm really excited but she is childless and does. not. get. it. She just asked me if I wanted to do day drinking at lunch and then catch a movie. Umm, newp. That's not going to work.
A coworker just came back from maternity leave and told me her son is sleeping through the night already (he's four months old). I almost punched her square in the face.
My kid slept through the night from about 5 weeks until I went back to work. Two days into me working he changed it up. Her kid will start getting up all night, I pretty much promise.
Yep. LO STTN from 6-12 weeks. Now he is up 3-4 times per night.

DH had a client come in who is the father of a 7 week old baby who is sleeping through the night. When DH came home he went on and on about it. Talk about feeling stabby. He was like "He's lying, right? He must be just....lying to me." Spend the whole night in shocked disbelief.

It was a magical time in my life. Now I would pay a lot of $$$ for even 6 hours uninterrupted. DH was actually jealous of me for that 6 weeks because I was sleeping more than him.
OMFG...I just had toilet water splashed into my mouth from a work toilet. I stood too close while it flushed, but it seriously splashed about four feet in the air. I should gargle with bleach. I probably have some sort of disease now.
I met someone at the airport whose baby was born aug. 2. I wanted to ask if they were in our group/club/? They also said their baby was in 2t clothes and 28lbs. Anybody anybody??
I have a pretty big baby and we are nowhere near that! 28 lbs? That seems more inline with a Aug 2013 baby.
Also, as I am packing up my milk last night to leave work, this random woman casually walked by and said "you are still pumping?! Stop being such a martyr and just put the baby on formula." I don't even know this bitch!

So, I just discovered that you can click on a user's name and very easily see all of their posts. It's nice and organized too. You can actually like and reply from that screen. Makes it a little easy to stalk all y'all...

Hmmmm. A little projecting maybe. What a haint.
I honestly responded with "what is your name?". I really don't know the person who is giving me advice on feeding my child.

Yeah, here too. DD used to sleep through the night. Reverse cycling is not cool. She is up to eat 3 to 4 times a night now.

That is a great response! Not that she should be giving that advice to anyone, especially in that manor, but certainly not to someone she does not even know! That statement says more about her than anything else.

I'm starting to wonder if "bad sleepers" are directly related to BF babies of working moms. It seems to fit a lot of your situations and matches my IRL friend's experience. Could all these babies be reverse cycling? Call me crazy hormone lady, but I find it very heartwarming that the baby is like "I can't sleep. I missed my mom's boobs all day."
Or, I'm way off. Any SAHM with horrible sleepers? Or FF working moms with babies who want to party all night? Hmmm, DoesItComeInPink you should make a poll! I'm mobile and too lazy to figure out how to do so!
I would like to find the assholes who hacked into Anthem's database and give them a roundhouse kick to the face. H is freaking out that our information will be used against us. My mom pretty much thinks everyone is out to get her all the time, so I am getting a lot of "you need to do this" suggestions today.

I FF and work and I have a shitty sleeper. Sorry to ruin your theory lol.
Damn. Just when I thought I cracked the code. You have all my sorries for the shitty sleep situation. On the flip side, I'm incredibly jealous of your ability to stick to a diet. So you have that going for you!

I work and pump and kiddo sleeps all night. I probably just jinxed myself.

DD definitely reverse cycled. It is such a mix of things. DD is tiny, not even 12 lbs at her 4 month apt, so hopefully once she gets bigger that will help. I think she is about 14 to 14.5 lbs now at 6 months. I also nurse her to sleep, so she probably has some self soothing issues, but she does often go to sleep without nursing too, so I don't know. When she wakes up throughout the night she acts starved.
I have held this in since Monday but time to let it out... I started taking solids to DC on Monday and I told my DC provider that I was making LO's food her response was "Good luck with that". It kind of pissed me off...

weeklyplanner. Sorry to sink your boat. I'm a SAHM and I FF and my LO sleeps like crap.
I've found it best to just accept that she is innately horrible at sleeping. It absolves me of any responsibility. There's nothing you can do about it, it just is.
