Anyone know why nail polish would be clumping and getting sticky pretty much immediately when trying to apply? Or how long nail polish lasts? I didn't think the bottle was that old, but maybe it is.

Got chores that need to be done. Other then that just trying to figure out the guest list for the baby shower turns out the clubhouse when we live doesn't hold as many as we thought and if not we might need to do two showers instead of one. Im not a fan of that idea. #largefamilyproblems

Morning all! H is mowing and I'm tackling laundry. DS went to a slumber party last night so H and I had a date. Which these days means target run and out to dinner. I splurged on a new diaper bag.
LadyNymeria sounds like the polish is old or air got in somehow. I'm not sure what the lifespan of nail polish is honestly.
We're in the car for an hour to go to Costco and maybe the mall. DD is passed out, and I'm trying to get H to discuss baby names. He said he doesn't want to play because it's too hard. Party pooper.

My favorite person today is the dr I saw at my monthly check-up last Monday. She told me Zyrtec was fine to take if I really needed it and for the first time in almost a week I've gone an hour without sneezing or blowing my nose!!

I'd die without my Zyrtec. Seasonal allergies always hit me hard.

That's funny you say that bc we did the same thing yesterday and I chuckled to myself that this is what date nights are like now. My mom watched DS for my a/s so we went to dinner after and then grocery shopping. It's so nice going to the store w/o LO in tow.

We started putting together the new playset for DS today.. So far the fort part is constructed and in place. There are like 30 more steps to get the swing beam and parts assembled and all of it completed but it's a start at least! It's supposed to be for his 2nd birthday which is towards the end of May so we *should* have it done by then (hopefully!!).
There was a charity sale at the local kids consignment store today, and I got 15 pieces for $15 for ZombieGirl, plus some new Thirsties duo size 1 covers. If I can get a picture to work I'll post one, because I got down cute stuff. ZombieBoy doesn't remotely need clothing right now, but he got to pick a toy.
I've complained about my nausea but I just actually got sick for the first time this pregnancy. 8 times in a row. I'm so so sorry for those of you that do this daily!

Glad things are looking ok flyakite and that it seems to be nothing serious! Sorry you're still in pain. Hopefully it's just things stretching and it will stop soon!

I'm glad it doesn't seem to be anything too serious, flyakite. I feel your literal pain though (pelvic, abdominal, and back over here), and it sucks. Pregnancy is hard, yo.
H and I are going on date night in a few hours to a fancy-ish restaurant to use a gift card he got at work. I think I'm getting his cold and am still feeling pretty nauseous, but I get to sit in a booth for 2 hours and not parent or cook dinner so it still sounds heavenly.

My parents decided to come up at the last minute for the weekend, so we've had a super busy weekend. I had to squeeze all my laundry, errands, etc. into this afternoon and finally just sat down. My back and hips hurt like hell. Looking forward to relaxing with DH until I doze off, haha.
Just got home from the concert and I'm so glad I went! Great dinner, band sounded awesome, and my dad and I had a great time. Probably going to regret this in the morning, but just sat down to start up Game of Thrones!
