Since I didn't get my tacos last night, I told dh we should do take out today. But now I'm worried the places near us will be busy. And I'm hungry!! ...even though I ate a good breakfast already. I'm hoping my boss walks in with a box of donuts but doubtful.

I was going to do pizza tonight, but maybe because it is Cinco de Mayo I'll pick up burritos and quesadillas on the way home instead! So tired ladies. I'll make it through the next week but I bet I'll come down with a cold after since my body will be too exhausted to fight off anything. Eight more days...
Happy Cinco de Mayo, ladies! LO is 16 months today (can't believe it). I'm going to take her to breakfast to celebrate.
My job is killing me, guys. I really don't know what to do...I have a hard time giving up on things that have potential. I just don't know if I can be effective. Oh well. Not working today, so who cares?!
Happy Cinco to everyone! I will be doing nothing in particular to celebrate. We bought LO an adorable outfit when we were in Mexico in February butttt it's 40 degrees and raining so we didn't get to dress him in it
I might get some taco bell later, but that's it lol. I'm so sad.
Going to finish up this busy board project today. I'll have my dad cut the screws off this weekend and then she can have at! I might let her play a little today. I'll just have to lean it against something so she can't get to the back.
DH comes home this evening! He seems to really miss us this time around. Poor guy. Don't know how to tell him. (It's next.)
So I POAS this morning. BFP. It's the exact same scenario as 2 years ago with LO, around Mother's Day. I have one more test in the box. I'll take it while he's here so he can see for himself. (He's weird like that. He kept the BFP from 2 years ago.) Maybe I'll tell him tonight in the car on the way home. I have no idea. I stopped using the fertility tracker 2 months ago! Sorry, still a little shocked, but good shocked.
I'm just bidding my time until I can go get lunch. It's going to include chips and guac that's for sure. The minutes are dragging to get to 11.
I can decipher a couple of more words from leo. Aside from "agua", he says "gracias" & "hola". He's trying more consonants and saying things to us...looking as if we should understand the words that are coming out of his mouth.
raven omg congrats! So exciting. shannjohnston hang in there! kcrus sorry to hear that the job isn't a good fit. Hope you can come to a solution that makes you happy. dashook Brrr that's chilly! BabyStandish have fun at yoga! littlelion that's exciting that Leo's got more understandable words! Lo's got some we have yet to figure out. If anyone knows what "gumgumgum" means let me know. Lol
Oh no! I think LO is sick She just had six really nasty diapers in the span of an hour. She just passed out in my arms, exhausted. Poor baby girl. I think she has nasty belly cramps.
Spent the afternoon at the park. It rained all day yesterday, so it was nice to get outside. There were only a handful of kids at the park and the adults weren't very friendly at all, which was a bummer. I've noticed people really keep to themselves at the parks around here. Lo had a blast though. His favorite things were the swings, the slides (which are definitely not made for my big butt!) and playing in the sand- apparently he got over disliking his hands being dirty.

We spent the morning at the park too! It was completely deserted the entire time we were there. But there were some ducks that Em insisted on chasing. She's obsessed with birds/things that fly.
I even got a surprise little workout in when lo fell asleep in her stroller so that was nice. I'll probably regret it tomorrow.
littlelion, I also stand to the side, but that is mostly because LO is so independent that he won't let me sit with him. shannjohnston, you go girl! Hope you don't get sick after all of this. kcrus, Hope LO is feeling better. dashook, you should still AW the outfit, cause I want to see! raven, Congrats! All the babies!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ourcrazynavylife, I wish LO would fall asleep in the stroller, or I had the motivation to work out if he did I would just sit and read on my phone. ashlantic, Love that slide picture of you 2!
I just got done helping the kids make some fingerprint butterfly terra cotta pots for the grandmothers for mothers day. I am beat! I had to do it in shifts because there would have been no way that I would have handled both kids and paint hands at the same time!

raven congratulations! Another baby to fuel my baby fever! kcrus Hope LO feels better soon! ourcrazynavylife and ashlantic it was a gorgeous day here too; I should have taken LO to the park. We went shopping instead. nemomof2 You're brave to do that with 2 toddlers! But the pots sound like a great idea!

Went shopping in Lincoln today and got my Mother's Day/birthday present (yes I picked it out lol)! And we got Landon a potty.
As for Cinco de Mayo, I plan on making tacos/nachos and we're having friends over to celebrate one of their birthdays. I'm also currently making mini white chocolate raspberry cheesecakes!
