1) open up our link.

2) Click File, then "Make a Copy"

3) Rename it

4) Make sure you are working on the new file with the new name, then update the header and clear out our data so F17 can start adding their data.

5) When the changes have been made, click "Share" on the top right corner.  That will give you a link that you will post on your board.  Anyone with this link can add/delete/edit anything there are no restrictions to access if you have the link.
