Ok, so I'm working away on our points challenge/run training/workouts and was wondering is there anyone that's interested in this that isn't on FB? I'm wondering about starting an accountability group there, that's secret so posting any picutures/stats are totally hidden, plus it's easier for me to share videos and documents.
I was going to make all this a google doc, but then I don't like the fact that anyone could come along and open the link and see our weights and play around with our points because the link is public. Thoughts?
I like that Facebook idea so that we can keep it hidden
Can we do a 5k walk or bike ride instead? I abhor running. Even when I was in track in middle school (but I loved taking down the footlong sub after practice - psychoanalyze that!). Running is no fun on the boobs and I'm just not an efficient runner. I can walk uphill all day, but run? ::blows raspberries:: Maybe I'll give it a shot, since I'm going to try to get fit now that the boobs are off duty.
Where are you starting out this month? Weight is pre-pregnancy level, but let's just say my awesome preg-ass is droopy and my stomach could use some work, too. Thighs are what they are, they've never been toned (even when I was underweight one summer). I haven't started working out yet, but I need to since my BF calorie burn is gone but my belly hasn't received the memo.
Where would you like to be at the end of the month? Honestly? Just into a workout routine again. I miss it.
Where would you like to be by September 2016, to celebrate 1 year tiny-growing-human-in-my-body free? Drunk on Virgin Gorda, but I'll take less-saggy-butt for 500, Alex.
What are you going to do exercise-wise to get there? Now that I'm not pumping 2-3x at work, I'll try to get at least 15 minutes in the gym, and then at home either a walk with the stroller or 20-30 minutes on the jogging trampoline or doing free weights/baby lifts.
What are you going to do nutrition-wise to get there? I'm reactive hypoglycemic, so I'm used to eating small, frequent, balanced meals. But I got into a doughnut habit while pregnant and nursing, so cutting back on sweets and portion sizes will be my challenge. And now that I can have wine without worrying about baby or milk and summer's coming, I need to be careful about boozy calories.
I LOVE this and the name is perfect! Count me in and yes to keeping it on FB for privacy!
Where are you starting out this month? I haven't weighed myself since my 6 week PP appointment. I am about 4 sizes larger than my pre pregnancy size, currently a size 6 (in pants.) Sometimes a size 8 depending on the brand. My hips spread and haven't really changed much even though size wise I am seeing progress.
Where would you like to be at the end of the month? I would just love to continue to see progress in strength training, this was derailed due to severe diastasis recti, and building my body back up to where it was pre pregnancy.
Where would you like to be by September 2016, to celebrate 1 year tiny-growing-human-in-my-body free? Overall, I just want to be in a good place with my body mentally. Not bouncing back as quickly as I'd hoped became a huge depression trigger for me.
What are you going to do exercise-wise to get there? Continue with my current regimen of weight training with an emphasis on heavy lifting, body weight exercises, yoga and incorporating Max 30 workouts for cardio as necessary to build up endurance.
What are you going to do nutrition-wise to get there? Cut down on indulgences during the week and save them for weekend cheat meals. Otherwise, I feel like my diet and water in take are in line with achieving the goals I have.

I am still working on our fitness challenge. I will make a Facebook group for it once it's completed, things have just been crazy town with my sister's wedding this weekend.
Buns of Cinnamon is a go though, and I got the test shirts and everything to do up!!
mamasue - I do! It's so embarrassing! At one point I was looking at some underwear I found online that's used for heavy menstruation, but it holds liquid..... So, theoretically it would disguise all of my sweat. I sweat so much, I hate it! I'm thinking of buying some non-cotton workout pants that would make the problem less obvious… Maybe someone else on here will have an idea how to solve this
ETA: I should clarify that I only have this excessive sweat during exercise…
AFM and bettering my health… I would love to get back to my prepregnancy weight by C's first birthday. I am 18 pounds away, and she will turn one in 17 weeks. So, I feel like it's realistic to lose 1 pound a week. Our life is so chaotic right now, I just don't know what I can commit to as far as exercise goes. I'm so sleepy deprived, out of energy, short on time. But, I do really want to start working out 1-2 times a week. Before pregnancy, DH and I were running a 5K once a week as part of the local run club. We can't get back into that now, because C goes to bed so early. But, we have been talking about trading off bedtime so we can each have some time for ourselves. And, I really need to start eating better… I would love to participate in the 5K if I can get my crap together!
