No randoms yet? I'll start one because I'd like your ladies input.
What do you think of the name Millie? H doesn't like any of the names with the nickname Millie, so we are debating just using it. Does it work for a stand alone name?

fem, I think that Millie is a nickname. Think about when she's an adult... Maybe Mildred? ;-)
AFM, we had our 2nd ultrasound this am. She got all the images she needed. Baby is still a boy, we had a clear shot this time. We believe her, but with DS1 it was very obvious, well we got the obvious shot with this one.
fem, ditto PPs that Millie is more of a NN. What about Milena? Or Amelie (rather than Amelia)?
Rant: It's not even 2:30, and I'm falling asleep at my desk. I wish I could just head home, but my two other team members are out of the office today, so I'm pretty much on call for anything that comes up. Boo.
sodapop yay for a good scan! fem sorry H doesn't like any of those. What about Emily? Or is it weird for a nickname to have more letters than the formal name?
Probably giving away too much info with this post but Emily is my name .

fem - I also like Millie, but it definitely feels more NN to me. Don't currently have any other full FN suggestions, but if I think of any I'll let you know. That's too bad YH doesn't like Camille or Camilla - I love both of those.

I was going through the pics on my phone and i came across this gem. This is what happen when we have sister days. My youngest sister stuck it on the floor and couldn't get it up so we ran away like children.

I can check in for my flight to Minnesota in a half hour. At that time the window and aisle seats become available to anyone without paying the extra fee. Please keep your fingers crossed that if I can't get the last aisle seat that I can PLEASE at least get a window. DNW to me the middle seat.

Turns out the window and aisle seats don't become free at check-in time, so I'm just going to expense the extra $25 each direction to my company. Don't care that it's technically an "extra" I'm supposed to pay for myself - that's their fee for sending me on a work trip while pregnant.

FFTC: I totally took a cat nap at my desk just a little while ago.

Oooh. I should ask my boss if I can expense upgrading to economy plus on the longest leg of my trip. I've done it before, but I felt bad. Now I have like, blood clots and stuff to be worried about.

fem , Millie is cute! I agree it works better as a NN though . What about Amelia/Emilia? ETA: duh on my reading comprehension, I see now that Amelia is a no-go for your DH. Don't mind me...
Like an idiot, I told the kids this morning that we will have Taco Tuesday tonight. Now I have to cook when I get home. That was dumb.
I'm kind of not looking forward to when my kids can remember things that long. Right now if I told DD that in the morning she would for sure not remember at dinner time!
fem I really like that name! We considered it for our daughter. Personally, we wanted a more full name but couldn't find any names for it that we loved so it got nixed.
LadyNymeria So glad you decided to for an aisle! Don't feel bad at all about expensing it.
How long do you let your kids play around in their bed before you give up on nap time? It was about half an hour today before she fell asleep. Her sleep has been all over the place lately and I just can't figure out how to get it on a good schedule.
Is she crying in the crib or just happily playing? We nap or rest for two hours. We both need the space and down time. Sometimes he'll play for an hour or so before he falls asleep.

flyakite I give an hour in theory. However for my kid, if she's still awake, it's because she pooped or lost her paci and will not fall asleep until the problem is rectified.
fem I'm not a huge fan of Millie and definitely see it as more of a nickname. LOVE the suggestion of Amelie.

I'm not a good one to ask because I still have to lie down with my 2.5 year old to get her to sleep. But it seems like something I remember reading is give up after an hour.

Hilarious! That is totally something my sisters and I would do!!

And for making you pay for the whole damn flight and get reimbursed! It's a "we don't have our shit together" tax lol
I found this when overthinking it more tonight that really surprised me: "Millie is fashionable again in England and Wales, where it's Number 26, and especially in Scotland where's it's reached Number 10."
Makes me scared to see a huge jump here. I am way too indecisive for this whole process.
