I should have noted, I've not seen any hard stools, but there have been a few times when he looked like he looked like he was straining but only a small amount of firmer, yet still semi soft poop came out. I just am trying to prevent full on constipation.
Also, London I wonder this too. I've given both tap and filtered water to make sure he is getting fluoride. I've read to avoid too much bottled water(unless you have well water or another source that isn't safe for drinking) for kids. I should probably make some filtered and keep it outside the fridge since he doesn't seem to like it super cold.
Why should we avoid too mock bottled water? That's all I've been giving Oliver so far.. Should I be giving him something else?
Bottled water also tends to have BPA based in the plastics.

We offer water at meal time as well. We juts put a couple ounces in her sippy cup. She doesn't hardly drink any of it because she is still getting used to her cup but she might take in an ounce all together.
