I might not be concerned in your situation, but I would want to try to make pooping easier on DD. Does she drink water? That has been helping Z to some extent. Also, prune juice would get DD1 moving when she was backed up. I do know parents who used miralax with great success as well.

Zoe was a good pooper until human food. It was awful, then I introduced the sippy and made an additional 3 oz of just water mandatory. She sucked it down and after no poop for a week pooped damn near constantly for a week. So I heartily agree with adding in some water. Start with a little and fond the sweet spot. The babies are getting old enough now to handle it in their kidneys.
I would offer water ( if you haven't done this already ) , or if your comfortable , an ounce of water and ounce of either Apple , grape or prune juice mixed and give it to her .
Or I give LO mothers bliss constipation ease . She's a really bad pooper , this seems to get things back on track !

You may want to try baby probiotics. Probiotics are always my magic solution to any poop related issue (for both adults and babies). I'm still shocked at what a difference they make.
I was having the same issue with Val once we started solids. Even more so when she got into mumums & puffs. She drinks water everyday which has seemed to help. I also have used suppositories in situations that needed it. Lately I have been giving her a whole tub of stage 2 prunes when she is really having a hard time. Also I will give her a day of just BFing if she is straining. DS is on miralax has been for a few months now. Our pedi told us he tells parents of infants with pooping problems to give their kids miralax too. Over the past few weeks Val has been popping more regularly but if she needed the miralax I wouldn't have an issue with giving it to her too, since it's helped DS so much.
Emily was straining a lot too so I started mixing in 2oz of prunes with her morning oatmeal which did the trick but then she started to have liquid stools. So I've since backed off on the prunes. She hasn't had any prunes in a few days now and was straining again this morning. It's hard to find the right balance!
I agree with adding in water and fruits/veggies with a high water percentage
Definitely introduce water when she's having solids. Probiotics are another good idea (we've been on them due to all the abx she's been on).
A's a champion pooper right now (2-3/day), I think due to formula supplementing and solids. She's becoming a dramatic grunter now, even though her loads are still breastmilk consistency (she's only had a handful - ha! - of ploppers). This weekend, however, she's starting to fake us out with the grunts. She noticed we'd all pay attention when she's grunting, so now she does it for show. She's never been ladylike, this one.
ETA: Apples help me poop, so I don't think that'd be stopping her up.

You have some good suggestions here, I'm with canadiansciencegeek that I wouldn't be worried but would want to make it easier on her. Also, protein can constipate so maybe offer less of the meat puree?
Hopefully she's just still adjusting to solids and her body will figure it out.
This is a similar situation as we are in. But he has always been a once a day or every other day pooper. I did notice he is straining more and only gets out a small but soft poop. I'm going to really work on drinking water. Prunes have helped us when he's gone a few days without a good poop. I've taken to mixing a small amount in with another food daily to help. But I'm hoping more water will also help.

I haven't been on in months, but just want to pop in and offer some help. DD1 was always a great pooper, until we introduced mum mums and puffs. They would stop her up for a couple of days. She never really seemed to be in pain, but she'd definitely struggle to go. The same has happened with DS, except the mum mums caused enough pain/uncomfortableness to wake him up in the night struggling to go. I would try and cut those out and offer so more prunes, or pears, and see if you notice a difference.
I would lay off the apples as well. They have pectin in them, which is binding (like in kaopectate, the "pec" is for pectin). We're pretty much living in prune-ville over here, may start adding in more water...

Gah, I just bought Gerber prunes mixed with apples. But I also bought prune juice. Oops. Next time I'll get the plain prunes
I got good results with the apple blend since Val would actually eat the whole thing. She pooped like crazy after she ate them.
