I followed my plan last week, yay! This week isn't as healthy as I would like but with the school year winding down things are hectic. Meatball parm sandwiches Chicken parm w/ pasta & beans Steak, mashies, & beans Pulled pork sandwiches w/ slaw Brats w/ pasta salad

Sunday: Memorial Day cookout Monday: Crab cakes, baked tomatoes with spinach and mozzarella, and fruit trifle Tuesday: Leftovers Wednesday: Venison steak and rice Thursday: Sweet and Sour Chicken with Rice Friday: Leftovers Saturday: Cookout with friends
Yesterday: Spaghetti bolognese Today: grilled kebabs (bacon, sausage, halloumi) and green bean salad Tomorrow: tacos Thursday: sweet and sour meatballs Friday: will be in Ottawa so take out from our favourite Indian place
