babyw15 cosleeping makes it difficult for us to have much intimacy. Leo goes to bed at 7:30 and when we had a video monitor, we had sexy times in other parts of the house. When the monitor broke we'd end up in the kitchen so I could be close just in case. At the moment Leo doesn't even like dh touching me. GL getting your lo to like the crib again.
ashlantic that sounds exactly like our method, but we've been doing it for months and she still screams bloody murder when we first put her down. The screaming is getting worse lately too. Most nights she will only calm down once we go in to check on her and rub her back etc. yesterday I put her down at 9 and she didn't go to sleep till 9:30. Maybe I should make a cozier bedtime routine? Or maybe she'll finally get used to it? My mom said I hated going to bed too, was always afraid I was missing something. Well little one, maybe mama and dada need a little time by themselves! Yeesh.
