serendipity731 you are killing me with that donut! Turnover is fairly common in my field at the analyst level, however our company needs to do some serious reassessment of salaries because the turnover is sky rocketing.
My belly is aching soooo much by the end of the day. I think I'm going to have to buy a support tank or something. I just want someone to hold it up for me. Anyone have any tanks they love?

I spent the day with a couple of mom friends. Their LO's played together while my socially anxious toddler clung to my side. We still had a good time. I got a horrible sunburn. Are we more prone to them while pregnant? I've always had fair skin, but I'm SO much more sensitive right now.

AND I spent the whole day lounging and came home to a sparkly clean house thanks to our cleaning lady. THAT WAS GLORIOUS! I usually feel guilty when I spend a day not being productive, not today!!!
annapunkalunka how old is your LO? DD is 2.5 and used to be realllllly clingy, but in the last few months it's like a flip switched and she runs up to other kids and immediately asks them to be her friend.

Oh god I hope that happens. She's 22 months. I've had a really hard time with her socially for her whole life, I keep hoping... And nothing is happening. I'm hoping (there's that hope word again) starting a different daycare situation this summer will help.

I don't have any tank recommendations, but on days that I've had some achy ab muscles, the belly band seems to help at least a little.

Yes, pregnant women are more prone to sunburns. I burn anyway so I'll have to be really careful at the bachelorette party day at the beach coming up in July.

They have support tanks?! Last time I had this huge support band from BRU. It worked great but was not discreet. I mainly wore it over my tank and under my lab coat for work but it would be nice to be able to wear it under things.
So my mom just called. A coworker of hers just gave her a giant Nordstrom bag stuffed full of baby girl clothes in all different sizes. Apparently the coworker's wife is a buyer for Nordstrom and used her discount to outfit her girls when they were babies, but now they've decided not to have any more kids, so she sent all the clothes to my mom for me and Katie.
cbowl, depending on how much support you need and whether you wear lots of skirts/dresses, I have a couple pairs of spandex shorts (like these, but mine were way cheaper) that I really like. They provide some tummy support and also prevent my thighs from rubbing together (which is a real issue when I'm PG). All the tanks I tried ended up riding/rolling up.

That looks like what I need. Are they super hot to wear under clothes in the summer though?
I've been debating getting a tank like this but not sure how much it'll really help:

Deodorant is great to prevent thigh chaffing. I say this in the off chance that it could help someone. I was more than halfway through my last pregnancy before it found out about it and it was a life saver.
I've been using the Belevation underwear on the days I work or am out and about a lot. They make a huge difference in how I feel by the end of the day.
I forget.. Did we decide what third tri start date actually is? 27 weeks?
That's what I'm using and also what the Fertility Friend pregnancy tracker uses. I figure 40 / 3 = 13 1/3, x 2 = 26 2/3 which is roughly 26w6d rounded up to 27w.
