BUNS OF CINNAMON - FITNESS CHALLENGE

Hey Ladies!
So as mentioned in our fitness thread, I am finally done creating for you all a 10 week program. It will train you for a 5K, starting from scratch, running 2-3 days per week. It also includes 2 days/week of workouts that I have created, alternating weekly with 2 days of yoga. As of right now it is the same yoga sequence each time, but I might tweak that still. All workouts can be done with bodyweight only. They are at home and time friendly.
This will train you for our Buns of Cinnamon virtual 5k that will take place 10 weeks from our start date. I'm hoping we can start this June 13th.
The second component of this is a FITNESS CHALLENGE. I have put together a points based system, where you complete a task and collect the points. It's on a google drive so you will be responsible for inputing your own information. There will be a prize for the winner. But the prize is a secret, because, motivation. You can enter into this challenge and commit to doing your own workouts you do not have to follow the program I have made. You will still be able to log your points and participate.
This will all be taking place in a secret Facebook group. I want us to post pictures for accountability, and I don't want this program being shared with everybody who finds a link - I put a lot of love into this for you guys so I want it to stay within our group. If there is anyone here who wants to participate but isn't comfortable with Facebook, please message me and we can figure something out!! I don't want that to hold anyone back! Facebook also makes it easier for me to share all the videos I'm going to make of each workout.
