We had some questions about me travelling to the US in a couple of weeks, I know you all are in the US, but I'm a little worried about Zika since I'm a magnet for mosquitos. We will be vacationing in Savannah, Georgia for a week and I know I will be attacked by mosquitos. Anyway, he said in Switzerland there's not much information about Zika so he called a collegue who works in Tropical Medicine. That doctor said the US is still OK to travel to. I thought it was great that he called someone immediately for advice.
The CDC is keeping track of how many pregnant women in the US have laboratory evidence of Zika. So far all inland US cases have been associated with travel to effected areas (no local transmissions confirmed yet)
My MW just called me. 5w6d betas came back at 18000, progesterone did drop a bit, so she is calling in progesterone for me. She gave me the option of vaginal or oral, I told her I'd try the vaginal and if it irritates me I can switch.
She also gave me the option to go to a US place at 8w to calm my nerves before my actual appt at 10w.

Symptoms, cravings, rants, raves, names, articles, good buys, other advice: nauseated, exhausted, all of the food aversions due to the nausea. Miserably right now. With DD I had no nausea at all, if it would've been like this for her, there likely wouldn't be a #2!!
