Good morning! So sorry, skylark002... Sleep deprivation is no fun! I was off last week and I'm back to work today. Yuck. I've got a countdown going at work for the number of days left until maternity leave. I think I'm at 70 something.
I am super uncomfortable today. I don't know if it was from this weekend (long bachelorette party and then I pulled weeds/swim class Sunday) but I am hurting. I don't want this baby to come early, so I need to suck it up for another month and a half.

Hi ladies! I'm on standby for jury duty today, have to check in again at 11 and see if they want me to drive downtown. I'm hoping they either tell me not to come at all or tell me to come tomorrow morning.
Lovely first tri nausea actually hit me before I left for work this morning instead of waiting until lunchtime but a slice of peanut butter toast staved it off.
vk wow only a month and a half left? Seems your pregnancy is flying by!
I don't know how it happened but I'm on season 4 of Gilmore Girls. I thought the first episode was so boring but I somehow got sucked in to their boring, small town lives.

Man, you're telling me. The weeks have flown by! My house is totes not ready for this baby to come out yet.

I am attempting pre-baby deep cleaning this week (9 weeks left here). My body is about to kill me for it.

I just finished it and thought the same thing! I loved that show. Now I'm onto Hart of Dixie.

I watched Gilmore Girls after DD was born and H and I want to catch up on heart of Dixie this time!
Monday can suck it! No one slept well in my house last night. H had a fever/chills most the night, DS woke up twice crying inconsolably and it was too hot even with the AC. Then I walked into work this morning to a broken HVAC unit in one of our labs, 2 new hires who couldn't properly fill out their paper work and a manager who was 2 degrees too cold...yes 2 freaking degrees.
We looked at a house today. I didn't care too much for it. It would be so much cheaper/easier than building but I feel like that's the route we'll end up taking.

ice61313 we started feeling the same way when we were planning on building. Eventually we found our dream home when we weren't even looking. Hopefully something will go up for sale that you fall in love with. khopec I hope today is a better day!
Last night I tried to open up to my siblings about some deep stuff, including my relationship with our mom. My older sister and brother seemed to get me. But my younger sister ended up acting like my mom. She kept saying I needed to try to talk to my mom even though I have, about a million times. Because mom always listens to her. And she just wasn't getting it. I was quite upset by the end of the conversation.

I am sorry Hopefully your older siblings can help your youngest one to understand what you are trying to say.

Hopefully! I was quite frustrated because my younger sister was like "I'm always here to listen!" So I was talking about how my mom doesn't listen to me. And my sister proceeded to not listen to what I was saying. The irony was totally lost on her.
My brother (who's the youngest) didn't really want to get involved but seemed to know what I was talking about. And apparently my older sister deals with mom the same way as me.

Yeah, sometimes it is just easier to not get involved and just let things lie. Maybe you and your sister can team up and get your mom to actually listen to you guys.
Hugs swim... maybe your little sister hasn't dealt with your mom like you have so she doesn't understand. I never knew how my mom was until I got older.
Hugs khopec. Those dreams are the worst. Also hope today is smoother than yesterday.

Well we had our first visit to a gym leaving DS at the daycare (w two of his little friends). He lasted about 40min before they called me because he was crying for me.
I thought that was good, but am worried he'll remember tomorrow and not want to play, so we'll see.
