We finally bought a new coffee pot! It has been a week! I was so excited when we got it home that I made a pot of coffee at 5pm. I drank coffee with my dinner (lol we had fajitas), and then I poured Irish Cream in the rest.
applegrape that's awesome. Question for the larger group: are we still doing the thing where we all try to do a big athletic event at the same time? Apple maybe you can do it as training!
mrssarahrenee I'm sorry that you haven't started seeing results yet, but FX that all your hard work will be worth it!
I'm also a diva cup fan but I'm realizing that I haven't bought the bigger sized one yet (as recommended after having a baby). Have you all done this yet? Do I really have to?

I use a similar cup (mooncup, LOL) and bought the bigger size after DS but found my original fit better. So I would wait?

I did -- I don't know if it's really necessary, but I didn't want a leak.

I must have missed this? If this is not a thing, let's make it one! I've got a May 5k that we're signing up for, but I've also got a July mud run obstacle course race that SIL and I want to do.
No time to catch up this morning. I woke up late so now I'm scrambling to get ready for work and Kasey to grandmas house. On top of that I feel like crap. I just want to go back to bed. I hope it's a somewhat slow day at work but since it's Sunday I doubt it.
Oops. I just looked in the car seat and found two Kind bars that I must have dropped in there at the grocery store yesterday and then accidentally shoplifted.
I just went back to the Saturday Randoms to finish reading what I missed from last night. Now all I want is cereal. Corn Pops, specifically. GD gluten free diet!!!

I'm just hoping I never get a period again PP after Mirena. I've had a few days of light spotting here and there, but that's the worst of it. BTW, my MIL stil isn't back. What the what?
So I gave up dairy in hopes LO wouldn't be as mucousy and would spit up less. She also just seemed uncomfortable a lot and gassy. So she was okay the last few days but today she is back to the obvious discomfort and mucous. I read it can take 4 weeks to be out of both of our systems but I need to see improvement for motivation. Plus I hate seeing her like this I just wish I knew what was causing this!
Hang in there, you've got this! It does get easier with time! I've been dairy free since November 24 & it took about two weeks before I started noticing real consistent improvement with Drew & within 3 weeks he was a different baby completely. There is light at the end of the tunnel too, you get to return back to your glutinous ways eventually!
I'm having a really good weekend. Date night went great. We went to dinner and a movie and I got steak, a blackberry martini and desert! We answered questions from a list of conversation starters so that we wouldn't spend the whole night talking about DD and complaining about our family. Then when we paid for our meal using gift cards we got for Christmas one of the cards that we thought only had $50 on it turned out to have $250! Win!
But wait, it gets better DD was a super good for FIL, I was worried for nothing. I could tell she didn't cry all night because she has a clogged duct and her eye was not goppy at all or red from rubbing.
We got home late and didn't get to bed till around 3am. But then we didn't wake up until 10:45! DD slept over 8 hours! This has never happened before! It was in the RnP and my boobs were leaky and sore but I'll take it!
Now DH is making brunch because it's too late for breakfast lol. French toast and bacon and coffee that I will certainly enjoy but don't actually need for once.
Love tits and well wishes and coffee all around! Sorry if I'm being a bragging AW, I'm just really happy this morning

M woke up early today... and has been up for 3 hours showing no signs of being tired. I tried to put him down for a nap and all it did was make him mad. You must sleep eventually child!
staryb yay! Glad your date night was awesome! I meant to tell you that after ours, DS was better for us to. It was like the time away set the reset button for everyone. Enjoy!
I'm just gonna keep pretending my period won't come back for at least 8 more months... (It was 14mo pp w dd1).
I'm just hoping mine normalizes....I've had 2 cycles of birth control, but only breakthrough bleeding, no regular period during the "period window" yet.

DS had been cranking and I just realized he's been up for over 5 hours with no nap! Hopefully he'll sleep through church. My DH and dad are hunting, so my mom and I are going to church, getting lunch, and doing some shopping! Should be fun!
