I figure I can't be the only one that has one or two people on fb that I should just hide but I can't look away from the train wreck. So tell me about the people you should hide and the reason you keep reading their posts.
(I figured this might be interesting and it's been slow here)

I have two. The one is the wife of H's best friend. She's just stuck on reliving her youth even though she's 50. She's constantly posting selfies and pics of herself in a bikini. Don't get me wrong she has a great body but at some point I think you are too old for bikini pics. The other recent post that h and I laughed about was that she was at some convention get her aura read and it was super accurate.
I know we are horrible but h and are always like "did you see her post today?" It's too entertaining to hide.
I have a couple of family members I have hidden due to their extreme political and religious arguments. It's not that I mind reading opinions contrary to mine but these people are so convinced they are right about every single issue, all they do is argue with other people about their beliefs or lack thereof. I don't want to see it on a daily basis but once in a while I go read their post for laughs. The hypocrisy is unbelievable. They preach tolerance but they are tolerant of no one who doesn't 100% agree with them.

I have a lot of these in my family. My mom's whole side of the family is very religious (my dad and one uncle are Lutheran pastors) and a bunch of them are very active in the church. There are so many things they say and post that just make me cringe. I was obviously brought up in the church and am still somewhat active. I just don't know how they could claim those things under the same religion/church I was brought up in. It's like one half of the family is super conservative, and then there's the rest of us.
I haven't hidden or deleted them although I've been tempted. Although, I also think they would never notice since they live on the other side of the country and other than one cousin, haven't talked to them in years.
I have one person on my facebook (a HS classmate) I should probably delete just because we were never really good friends and I don't ever talk to them. She apparently raises squirrels and her entire facebook feed is videos and pictures of these tiny baby squirrels. I'm not talking just normal pictures though. A lot of them are professional and staged pictures (think a baby squirrel sleeping and holding a candy cane for Christmas). These aren't pictures she's finding online and posting either. They are her pictures. These squirrels are literally her babies. I haven't deleted her yet because I just can't help it.
I hide all the pro-Trump people. I also hide all the people (mostly my family, in both cases) who post their REALLY dirty laundry or are angry all the time. Like, I know you're mad at your ex after 17 years but you need to stop driving by his house...
The only wrecks I really watch are 2 or 3 friends who continually make bad decisions and then can't understand why lyfe is so unfair. I mean girl--pay your taxes or file an extension and you will avoid a lot of trouble.
I also watch my mom's wrecks occasionally. I love the woman to death but sometimes she's thick and posts unintentionally hilarious things, then gets mad when people point it out. For example: Hunger Games (the book) was totally about a teenage romance without all the sex stuff that teens are into nowadays, and can we all please stop turning it into something more?! If you're seeing political or social commentary in there, you're missing the point of the story!
Mine is a girl I went to high school with that I literally never talk to. So I post a lot on social media and it's probably annoying, but whatever. But this girl! Posts her lunch, her attitude, her work, literally 30-40 posts a day. She airs her dirty laundry and just the entitlement OMG!
She created a go fund me because she wanted a down payment to buy a house She is pregnant right now and fully believes she wrote the book on pregnancy She posts every couple of hours how "if it were up to my son, he would be born already". Nope. Not true. But she thinks she's the only person to ever experience pregnancy and the joys and pains that go with it.
Right now, it's the ex-wife of one of H's good friend. They're getting a divorce, completely her decision. He moved heaven and earth to try to keep her, and to try to make her happy. She has a lot of unjustified anger and frustration, and she's acting completely entitled. Every time she posts, I get upset and want to post something but I don't. I know I should just delete her, but I can't...
Not so much a train wreck but my BILs girlfriend is a very odd person. Nice but odd. She posts the strangest things and she has a very odd way of 'speaking'. For some reason, I can't not read her posts even though they are very off the wall.
