uclameghan hugs and I'm sorry your anxiety is increasing. But it's excellent that you and your husband recognize it and are taking active steps to help. I hope setting a schedule helps you feel less overwhelmed.
You've had a lot going on and disrupt in your routines the past couple weeks, which I know increasds my anxiety and my husband's a lot.
Gonna be real - I'm having a rough time with my anxiety this week. Not sure what's up but I feel very overwhelmed - too many things to do and stretched too many ways. MH and I are going to sit down tomorrow after our guests leave and write out a summer schedule so we can both get exercise time, work time, alone time, and family time. Because leaving it up to chance hasn't been working and I'm constantly getting the short end of the stick (even he acknowledged its everything and everyone before taking care of me and that's not good).
Ok, end whine.
I'm glad your H is considering your needs and you two are going to make a plan.

Hugs! I have totally been there. It's great that you and YH are going to make a plan.
Fwiw, having house guests always increases my anxiety and leaves me feeling totally depleted. Hopefully it'll improve once you have your house back.

Hugs. Anxiety sucks. I agree that being too busy and not having downtime always brings it out in me. So glad you recognized the need to take time to care for yourself. It's great your husband will sit down and talk to you to figure things out. I hope it helps and you are feeling like yourself soon.
Also, on a totally superficial note today, does anyone have Frye boots?
I have been on a search for a bootie I like. And they have one I like very much. I also have $30 coupon from Zappos, so I can get a little discount. Are they worth the cost? I am willing to spend extra if they last. But if they don't last I may as well buy target shoes.
Yes, big fan here. Yes, worth the cost. I have 4 pairs. Which booties do you like?? Save
