Sunday: DH had to work on Father's Day so I made him tater tot breakfast casserole that morning which was also what I had for dinner. I failed at being healthy all day. Monday: Honey Mustard Chicken with potatoes and carrots Tuesday: Veggie Soup Wednesday: Leftovers Thursday: Mandarin Chicken and Rice Friday: Leftovers Saturday: Going out to dinner with my Mom's Group

Okay. So the plan is: Yesterday: Chinese takeout leftovers Today: salmon, Brussel sprouts, & rice Tomorrow & Wednesday: roasted rosemary chicken & potatoes w/ brussel sprouts Thursday: copying off of southernpeach89, honey mustard chicken w/ green beans & pasta Friday & Saturday: at my parents' so their pick
