I just rejoined My Fitness Pal and found and charged my Fitbit. I'm only 2 weeks pp, but I'm starting by watching what I eat and just trying to get an idea of how much I move. I did get on my treadmill yesterday for 30 minutes at a very slow walk. It felt good. I have about 10 pounds to get to pre-pregnancy weight, but I was really heavy so more like 40 pounds overall.
packerfan4life I take DD (15 months) to the babysitter a couple times a week. I'm planning on squeezing in a workout during that time.
