@lildiamondeyes, super cute, I always think I couldn't pull leggings off either but I think they will be so comfy and you will end up loving them! any type of long tunic style top I would say!
I ran out of coffee so I'm grumpy and now need to go out with H and get some. It is a gorgeous day though and I want to do something but no one is ever around when I'm off #FWP

judyblume14 that sucks that she cried but on the plus side maybe it means she gets it a little?
I think I confused her. After we read:
Me: Can you bite an apple? L: uh huh! (And pretends to eat and says "mmmm")
M: Can you bite and ice cream cone? L: uh huh! (And pretends to eat and says "mmmm")
M: Can you bite mommy? L: (to pretend bite me) M: No, you cannot bite mommy!
And that's when she started wailing.
but I think I confused her, because when I said "can you bite mommy" it might have sounded like I was requesting that she bite me. Like when you say "Can you out your toy away?"
Maybe I should have said "Is it nice to bite mommy?" Or something like that. but she cried and cried like I haven'tseen in a long time...

N40Mom, when you said "sorry about the cussing" to @lildiamondeyes, I thought you were reffering to yourself saying "booty" in your comment to her. LOL.
FFFC. I know that Brexit refers to Great Britain leaving the EU. I also know that that GB voted to do so.
Beyond that I have no idea what it's about... Off to read a newspaper or two.
@adulruna, my sister and future BIL are traveling to his home country today. They transferred money over a day too early and lost hundreds of euros. What a sad situation and a mess.
That does really suck. My dad (we moved to the US when I was 7) is British and has been kind of stuck here bc the pound has always been worth so much more than the dollar while he's been here and his american savings would almost halve in England. It's crazy how much the exchange rate can affect lives.

OMG! I am so glad that it is finally Friday. I cannot begin to describe how long this week has been. I am not cut out for activities every evening. 3 day break from swimming lessons! Yay!

anniebn, we're going to need a target recap when you return to let us know whether yo stuck to returns and chapstick! Ok, so 43 CDs sounds like a LOT. What is the ABSOLUTE minimum number of CDs you could realistically get by with?
@judyblume LOL i CD 2 kids and we have like 36. They get washed every other day.
This. I cd one kid (and since she is a toddler this also means not quite as frequent changes as with a baby) and we wash every other day and use 24. I have gone through a few times where I bought diapers I loved for the pattern but they always had issues (leaks, hard to clean etc) so I'm just sticking with what works.

anniebn I totally get the urge to buy cute diapers. Some of them are ridiculously adorable.
Regarding going back to the UK. Not so much to visit but to move back. We have visited many times. I'm quite happy to live here forever but my dad is the youngest of 5 kids and I think he misses the big family thing sometimes. He used to talk about moving back when I was in college but I haven't heard anything about it from him in years.
I also just learned about Brexit today. I am way out of the loop with news and world events.
I ended up with a tankini and boy-short bottoms this year. I think my bikini days are permanently over.
anniebn, thanks for asking! We are getting settled in. Major problems with the house are over. It's still ugly, but an ugly house never killed anyone. Can't wait until we can start looking to buy. And by September I should be able to start looking for a job, so that will help me not be so much of a hermit
We took C to the Animal Safari this morning. I felt like I had 2 kids...DH had so much fun. We did a bus tour instead of driving our car. C got overwhelmed with all the other kids screaming and cried, then almost fell asleep on me once he calmed down in the first half of the tour, but he was really enjoying himself by the end. There were a bunch of peacocks just roaming around in the walking part of it, and he loved that!
I've never gotten the tankini thing. Doesn't it just ride up and/or float up and then you pull it down constantly? And it looks like a one piece from a distance...so why are they popular? Not being mean, I just really don't get it.
Yeah, it does ride up in the water. But for some reason I have an easier time finding tankinis that adequately cover everything I want covered than one-pieces. It's easier to be able to buy 2 different sizes when you're disproportionate
