I'm obviously on the crazy person hormones train, because I'm 3 weeks PP and can't wait to be cleared for sex. I also totally want to get KU--luckily my brain is running interference for me on that one.
I'm here too. I would be on the "abstinence" train if you had asked me a week ago, but since then my libido returned like gangbusters. It's been a long, long time since I had even the most minute interest in sex (like pre-pregnancy). I also kind of want to get KU again. Someone (STMs!) please tell me that that is a really, really bad idea.
ha, I say go for it if you're still feeling it even despite the weeks of clusterfeeding! I don't have 2u2, much less 2 just a year or so apart (it's nice how independent DD can be even at 2.75), but I imagine it to be very hard yet rewarding in the future.
I don't think it's a bad idea to want to get KU relatively soon. I always wanted my kids about 18 months apart. Yeah, it's really freakin hard when they're little, but I think there are a lot of benefits for the rest of their lives. I didn't quite get that age gap, but I like the gap we did get of a little more than 2 years. I say go for it.
frecklesnbrainsArgyleEnigma I had 2u2 and now I have 4u4 and I'm loving it! It's chaos but once you accept that, then life is pretty awesome. I'm so excited to just power through each phase. For me personally, it would be much harder to finish a phase and then have to start it all over again (diapers, sleeping through the night, etc). For #2 and #3 & 4 we started trying around 9 months and it took about 3 months to get pregnant. So all of my kids have a 21 month difference from their older sibling.

You're amazing twobananas! I feel like if anyone on this board REALLY has a right to complain then it's you! And here I am whining about my one solitary newborn who loves to cluster feed... My you be an inspiration to all of us!

First kids are the hardest by far, so complain away!

We got cleared at 4 weeks PP- I was all over that like white on rice.
