Figured I'd start this thread a little late.

How many weeks today: 11w5d (EDD Jan 18)
Previous appointment(s) results: waiting on Harmony results
Next appointment(s) plans: July 6 (12w)
SCRRANGO: nausea not as bad, but still some rough days, weird dreams
U/S, bump pics: no bump yet but it's close to making an appearance

EDD: 1-25 (my OB isn't convinced of that date, but at my appt this week she said we are sticking with that for right now)

How many weeks today: 10w 5d (ish)

Previous appointment(s) results: Panorama blood work was drawn at my appt on the 30th. So we are in another two week wait period to get results. Had an ultrasound at the appt too and the heart rate was 183

Next appointment(s) plans: ultrasound on 7/18, appt with OB on 7-25. Will do 1 hour glucose test at this appt - yay. OB is sending me to MFM and that appt is on 7-26. Was referred to MFM bc of age (37), family history of congenital heart defects, my history of postpartum eclampsia, history of high blood pressure, and GD with last pregnancy. I'm a bit nervous about going to MFM, but relieved for extra monitoring.

SCRRANGO: anxiety is much better and nausea has turned a corner. No real cravings yet although kettle cooked bbq chips sound amazing right now. Had a bit of spotting early this morning and some mild cramping, hopefully it's just deuce in there stretching out his/her environment a little. I really need to order some maternity scrubs soon. My ones from last time around are too big!

U/S, bump pics: nothing yet - still just belly flab that no one needs to see!

How many weeks today: 12w0d
Previous appointment(s) results: Only one u/s thus far and it feels like years ago...but baby was measuring on track (this was a month ago)
Next appointment(s) plans: NT scan July 7 @12w3d
SCRRANGO: I started feeling pretty down/sad yesterday and so far feeling the same today. Still tired but it's getting slightly less intense. I just want to feel normal again.
U/S, bump pics: No. Well... Kind of? Doesn't look like a baby bump but my entire tummy area is definitely larger than before.

EDD: 4th January

How many weeks today? 13w 5d

Previous appointments: NT scan looked good last week. Baby is measuring a little ahead, was very active, according to the tech was showing off and is very probably a he!

Next appointment: 7/18 at 15w5d with the nurse practitioner at my OB office. I alternate appointments between her and the Dr. Just a general check up I think.

SCRRANGO: Nausea is almost gone and I'm beginning to feel human again. But I'm awake most nights between 2 and 4.30 and sleeping like crap.

Pics: we got some good pictures at our NT scan but I don't know how to post one! There's definately a bump forming under all of my belly flab but my first tri weight gain makes it look bigger than it really is. ..

How many weeks today: 13 weeks 2 days
Previous appointment(s) results: NT scan went great both babies were moving around so much
Next appointment(s) plans: Next appointment with the OB 7/11 8am
SCRRANGO: impatiently waiting on the results of the NIPT, the nausea is gone which is great. I am exhausted all the time, so congested, I'm having lots of stretchy pains as well. My skin is so itchy all the time, I am lotioning myself 3-4 times a day, anyone else?

How many weeks today: 12 +4
Previous appointment(s) results: Booking appointment was at 7 +5 and my scan was today. 
I apparently have a tilted uterus and Just couldn't seem to fill my bladder (it was early morning and dehydration wasn't helping) so I ended up with an internal scan. Due to baby's position NT measurements couldn't be taken but thats no real concern with us. Baby measured 2 days behind.     
Next appointment(s) plans: 15+6, the 27th July is my next midwife appointment and I should have a blood test for downs then.

SCRRANGO: So after a tummy bug last week I now seem to be getting a cold because people come to work sick....

EDD: January 12

How many weeks today: 12+4

Previous results: Saw Gummy Bear wiggling around and saw a strong heartbeat @ 8+change.

Next appointment: July 12 @ 13+5 - Not entirely sure if this will be anything special. Given the time frame, I expect it to involve a NT scan or scheduling one. We'll see.

SCRRANGO: I've had some really uncomfortable body pain. My back and belly hurt like I'm at the end of second tri. Ughhhh. I'm over it. This pregnancy may not have had the severe nausea that DS had but everything is hurting so much sooner.

I've been feeling really overwhelmed and sad the last few days, too. It's an awful feeling. Might bring it up at my appointment since I have a history of depression and PPD.

SCRRANGO: My target and jcrew elastic waist shorts came in and they're awesome. These'll hopefully get me through the summer.

thelittleredm, I also have a history of depression/ anxiety. I'm definitely going to bring it up at my next appointment. I was surprised when I didn't feel this way with DS but it's generally not surprising considering my past.

SCRRANGO: Officially in the 2nd tri!! So far symptoms like nausea and fatigue are still here, hopefully will disappear soon.
U/S, bump pics: No pic yet but my stomach is bigger, just still looks like bloat and not a baby bump

Yeah, I was surprised I didn't have any issues during my pregnancy with DS and nothing popped up until around 6 months PP.

Looking back I REALLY think I had PP anxiety. I remember several times frantically giving DD to DH saying "I don't know what's wrong with me but I feel like something really bad is about to happen" and I'd have to go sit in another quiet room to calm down. It was awful. I brought it up to my OB and she pretty much ignored it. Yet another reason I'm glad I changed doctors!

EDD: Jan 12 (still haven't updated my ticker, waiting on Thursday's ultrasound)

How many weeks today: 12 + 4

Previous appointment(s) results: Last Tuesday OB Intake and NIPT (Panorama)

Next appointment(s) plans: Thursday, 7/7 at 13 + 0, first OB appointment and ultrasound. I'm hoping our NIPT results will be in by then although they told me officially two weeks.

SCRRANGO: I've been having the most intense and random dreams every night, but luckily they aren't nightmares. It isn't unusual for me to wake up with my heart racing. Otherwise no symptoms to speak of other than being really gassy. I'm (irrationally) worried that when we go in for our scan on Thursday morning that they won't find a heartbeat. I have no reason to think this is the case except I've had reassurance every week or two while I was seeing the RE and not having that reassurance is driving me nuts.

My sister and I went shopping yesterday and we ended up starting my registry. She had to pick up a baby gift for a friend and since she has three kids she was pointing out what she liked and didn't like. She loves baby stuff so she offered to help me get started. It was a HUGE help because I didn't have to overthink all the different options. I still need to fine tune it and decide if I really need/want everything on there, but still, it was a fun afternoon.

Previous appointment(s) results: saw the gremlin's little heart beat at the dating ultrasound two weeks ago

Next appointment(s) plans: 7/13 for belly check and the NT scan on the 19th!

SCRRANGO: the usual first trimester shenanigans but having some better days here and there. Plus some pregnancy rage.

How many weeks today: 10w5d

Previous appointment(s) results: dating U/S on 6/29 @9w6d. All looks good. Baby measured 3 days ahead.

Next appointment(s) plans: 12wk appt on 7/11 @11w5d. Trying to schedule 1st tri screening (NT scan) for same day, but the fuckers won't answer the phone or call me back.

SCRRANGO: Still symptom-less but for the exhaustion (which I blame on the toddler). Still scares me.

U/S, bump pics: The party-weekend bloat is real. No bump, just a burger pooch.

How many weeks today: 14 weeks, 2 days

Previous appointment(s) results: 1st u/s at 8 weeks 2 days, first OB appointment at 9 weeks, 5 days and heard the heartbeat

Next appointment(s) plans: Next OB appointment 7/11 at 15 weeks 1 day

SCRRANGO: Nausea is mostly gone (knock on wood), still tired and very out of breath

How many weeks today: 14w4d

Previous appointment(s) results:it's been a while, intake and dating u/s so far.

Next appointment(s) plans: this Thursday 7/7 at 14 w 6 d , hoping she will do the Doppler

SCRRANGO: still sick, still taking the meds. Things started to look up but then I just got knocked down again. Still hoping for a light at the end of the tunnel.

U/S, bump pics: not today, I haven't showered or changed clothes in a couple days.

EDD: 2/2/17
How many weeks today: 9+5
Previous appointment(s) results: 8w US saw a strong HB and a gummy bear measuring on track.
Next appointment(s) plans: 7/19 at 11+5, it simultaneously seems so far away and too close.
SCRRANGO: nausea is beginning to wane finally, but every time I think I'm totally in the clear it sneaks up on me. Food aversions are still real, but I'm working on incorporating veggies again.

heybulldog56 ((hugs)) I hope you feel better soon, definitely worth mentioning at your next apt. I had ppd with my DD and no one knew until she was 6 months old. Everyone just thought I was tired and bitchy.

Thanks ashtog. I am actually feeling much better today but I know better than to fall for that. I'm still going to bring it up next appointment. Better safe than sorry, right? Depression and anxiety are such bitches.

How many weeks today: 12w2d
Previous appointment(s) results: 8w US saw a strong HB and a gummy bear measuring 5 days ahead! changed my edd from the 20th to the 15th
Next appointment(s) plans: 7/6 at 12w3d, tomorrow! they will probably just listen to the heartbeat, but I am hoping we can also get an outline of the plan for this baby.
SCRRANGO: still a little nauseated, still some food aversions, still bloated, crazy dreams. I can find baby on the doppler though really easily and that is so reassuring!
US,bump pics: nothing lol. I just look slightly more chunky

Previous appointment(s) results: NT scan last week, all was looking good!

Next appointment(s) plans: Midwife appointment today. My blood test results are in, and I'm anemic. I was with DS so I'm not surprised

Today's OB appointment went great!

I was paranoid for no good reason (which is usually the case of course)... Baby is still measuring about 7 days behind but since that is within the margin for error my doctor is keeping my official due date at Jan 12. Time to update my tickers!

The baby was moving arms and legs and even flipped from a profile view so we could see his/her little face!

I go back on August 15 for my regular appointment and they will be scheduling my level 2 ultrasound with a MFM between 18-20 weeks (due to AMA).

Now for the not great news which is probably nothing but has me freaked out. My Panorama results came in today and the result was "no result" due to not getting enough fetal DNA in the sample. I have to get a re-draw done and wait all over again. The report also recommended a meeting with a genetic counselor and a diagnostic ultrasound due to an increased risk of a chromosomal abnormality with a "no result". I did read that women with higher BMI can cause more difficulty in finding the fetal DNA so I'm hoping that is it. Ugh... Did not need this worry after a great ultrasound.

Here is an ultrasound pic from today. It actually looks like a baby instead of a blob!!! My OB/GYN has an app where they save the ultrasound pictures to the app so it makes it easy to share and copy (without glares and out of focus camera phones). This is kinda awesome!

aprilz81 yay for a good ultrasound but what a roller coaster! I hope the follow ups go smoothly.
