I say if you're wanting to really change it up, and starting fresh, I love the Katie Holmes one, and I would say go dark too. Even like a hot chocolate ombre colour Will find picture of colour.

I like this one too. I don't know if I'd go super dark though as it could wash yiu out so a medium brown might work really well. Is your hair naturally straight?
I think that Katie Holmes cut may work then. It's kind of a funky wave. I have similiar hair post partum and have been using a sea salt spray in my hair when I want to enhance the wave. I think it works. Honestly I don't see a mirror most days.
I just searched forever for a pic of my frizzy wavey hair. Every.single.picture is my hair in a ponytail. There were a few of when I've cut it short in the past but they all look the same.
Def need a new look. Looks like I'm going short. Now to decide on a style. I think a few on here are good starting points...
@janetheconquerer what products do you use? The stylist should be able to suggest a product to help make your hair low maintenance. The Katie Holmes cut would like you work with your wave.
I like the lobs. I think shoulder length would look great on you. Anything with lots of long layers is great for all hair types and grows out nicely so you don't have to maintain it as often.
I love this, but it will be a lot of work. Daily styling, no pony tail option, and lots of trims to maintain the shape. I would advise against it and get the other Katie haircut. I've done it in the past, super easy. But I have super straight hair, don't know about up keep with frizz/curls
