Anyone should feel free to post the check-in each week.
This is a check-in for those of you (or your SO) who are pregnant as a result of TPR including donor sperm, donor eggs, donor embryos, gestational carrier, surrogacy, or any combination of those. Lurkers are welcome to come in and ask questions or become part of the check-in!
Point of clarification: I am using 'surrogacy' to mean traditional surrogacy (using the surrogate's eggs) and gestational carrier where the carrier's eggs are NOT used. They are sometimes referred to as 'traditional surrogacy' and 'gestational surrogacy' respectively.
1. How far along are you? 2. How are you feeling?
QOTW: If money weren't an issue, what kind of car/vehicle would you want?

Hey all. I've disappeared lately since I find it hard to even poke around the boards these days. V-day is tomorrow, which makes me feel slightly better, but I pretty much dread everything doctor-related these days and am ready to just have this pregnancy be over with. It sucks to feel that way...
As of our follow-up scan last week, Liv was looking great. GTT tomorrow with the OB and a growth scan with the MFM next Thursday. Some days it's easier to function than others. We had a new person start at work yesterday, and it was the first time I'd talked about my pregnancy as though there's only ever been one baby. That was weird, but I also didn't want to lay my sob story on her. I've also spent most of today chasing down lab quotes for our microarray and trying to get the MFM office to send in the appropriate insurance paperwork. Let's add that headache on top of the trauma we've experienced over the last almost four weeks – that sounds like a great idea!
I am 37w3d today. I am feeling ok for the most part. Weekly BPP's and NST's are going well. Baby looks good. I am up a lot at night and I feel huge. But, there is a light at the end of the tunnel right?!
