Mon (quick & easy): Grilled Sausages, pasta salad and raw dippin' veggies

Tues (make ahead night before):  Spaghetti with meat sauce, salads

Wed (make ahead night before):  Zattarans Jambalaya with added meat (ham stead cubes and turkey kielbasa) and added veggies (broccoli, zucchini, squash, celery, tomatoes)     

Thur (amusement part day):  either lefties or take out

Fri (quick and healthy): grilled chicken breast, veggie kabobs


Lefties will go into lunches.

Mm Jambalaya sounds good.

Monday - pork chops with Caribbean jerk marinade over rice.
Tuesday - something with brisket, either bbq or with potatoes. Haven't decided.
Wednesday - smothered pork chops
Thursday - leftovers
Friday- ribs maybe

I got a new instant pot that I need to play with. Suggestions on recipes to try welcomed. 😛

Hmmm - let's see:
Mon - maybe we will do chicken sausages on the grill, and roasted asparagus
Tues -
Wed - stuffed sweet potato with kale and chicken sausage.
Thurs -
Fri -
Sat -

I will come in and keep fill out as I figure it out.
