bluedaisy0627 I know nothing about PCOS, but in addition, if you weren't tracking O, you have have just ovulated later. I'm glad you were able to move Monday's appointment! Hope 8/4 comes quick so you can put your mind at ease.
1st appointment yesterday. Saw baby and HB @ 120bpm! All is good, and will go back in 4 weeks @ 11w to do genetic testing (dr recommended as I am 35yo, and I have no concerns and want to find out the sex!) and another ultrasound.
I have an ultrasound picture, but forgot to snap a pic with the phone. Will try and add later.
Mine is tomorrow. I'll be 5w5d. Anyone have any clue what I can expect to see tomorrow? I THINK gestational sac and yolk sac. A fetal pole would be nice. Prepared for no HB. I'll feel so much better once I can see a heartbeat.

It might be early for a fetal pole so don't be worried/disappointed. Good luck!
Had my first appointment today, EDD changed to March 23 from March 28. Unfortunately I have to find a new doctor as mine doesn't usual do prenatal visits and doesn't deliver. The couple friends I told about my pregnancy so far didn't have their babies here (military life) so in asking for doctor suggestions other friends have figured out I'm pregnant haha. I so wish I could have midwives again but the nearest ones are 45 minutes away and have a long wait list at that so that's out, especially with a winter baby.
I had my u/s this morning- 5w5d. We saw the gestational sac, yolk sac, fetal pole and baby had a HB of 85 bpm. I'm, of course, worried now. The tech wasn't super comforting about it being 85, but also said it was early so she didn't know. I go back in a week....
(((Hugs))) glb30. 5w5d seems really early to have a heartbeat so I would think it must have just started. I'm sorry the tech wasn't more reassuring. Sending you many good thoughts that all will look perfect at your next scan.

glb30 I've read that a normal heartbeat at 6.5-7.5 weeks is around 90-110. So 85 at less than 6 weeks doesn't seem out of the ordinary to me. The heart has just started to beat then - it won't be up to full speed just yet. I think 120-150 is the norm later, like 8-10 weeks.
I'm out guys. Bleeding picked up overnight, and I went to see the OB today. There's no gestational sac at 5w6d. So I'm getting betas drawn and we'll track them, presumably to zero. Thanks for letting me hang out for a bit and I wish you all very happy and healthy pregnancies!!
