Sorry I've been MIA, we were on a camping trip in the land of no wifi or reception! I'm mobile so forgive any formatting weirdness.
I have news...I'm pregnant!
Cycle/Month: 12/4AL - started ttc in April 2014, first BFP was December 2014 resulting in a PMP at 20 weeks, followed by about a year of being benched for medical reasons relating to the PMP.
CD/DPO: 26/13
What we did: We had horrible timing, only -4. We didn't do anything fancy or different. I'm still shocked that I'm pregnant.
Symptoms: Absolutely nothing other than the missed period and slight cramping. I'm trying to reassure myself it's okay to not have all the symptoms.
How I told H: I had some wondfo's and a frer in my vacation toiletry bag from another trip, I doubted I would need them but they were already packed up with other stuff so I just left them. When I reached half way through 12dpo (yesterday) with no hint of bleeding I thought that it was a little unusual since most of my LPs are shorter. I ended up taking a wondfo in the afternoon after H and I completed a 20+km brutal hike. I thought I saw a second line so I told H and had him look. It was faint, so we decided to hold off on celebrating until I tested with the frer in the morning. This morning I tested and it was positive! It's slightly faint, which I'm telling myself shouldn't matter.
The feels: Your words of kindness, reassurance and humor helped me more than you know through all of this. I'm still in shock and afraid to celebrate and move on to a bmb, but I had to let "my forum ladies" (as I refer to you all to my H) about it. Love you all, thank you so much for everything. Routing and hoping for more bfps and you won't see the last of me
