So one of the Directors of one of my client groups was just in my office to talk about some things. Tons of saliva started building up between his lips. Anytime I looked at him and saw it, I had the urge to gag. I had to try EXTRA hard to only look him in the eyes when I would look at him as to avoid the urge to gag while I was having a professional conversation with him. It's making me want to gag again just thinking about it.

I'm gonna need my doctors officers call in the next few hours. I'm in the mood for a little retail therapy, but will order my fall wardrobe based on my results. I already took care of the kids clothes so now it's my turn!
My phone updated overnight so my alarm didn't go off this morning. I woke up 45 minutes late and was out the door in 11 minutes (I showered and put on mascara!) I hate being "late" -- I was still here early, but not as early as usual

ladytiffany24 Any extra or insufficient saliva while someone is talking makes me want to hurl even when I'm not pregnant! I agree with muskiefan that the visual alone... muskiefan I'm impressed with your timeliness!! I don't wear a watch- and that's pretty obvious based upon my arrival times. We just stopped for twenty minutes and DD even got invited to look around a firefighting truck. Still no notice!

The estimate to fix the yard is $$$. It needs to be done but I'm not sure what DH will say. I suspect another appointment for an estimate with another company is in my future.
I am at work- finishing up my first week at a new job! Love it so far!
This weekend is pretty packed. I have dinner plans tonight and then I am going to a birthday party tomorrow morning at 9 am on a boat in Lake Michigan, followed by brunch and then happy hour on a rooftop. It's going to be weird avoiding drinks all day and I'm not ready to tell people!
I just found the perfect pup for my breeding program... I've been watching him for months, and I want him. The owner has offered to help title him and everything is so perfect.... except for the fact we have 3 indoor dogs and I don't know if I can do a puppy right now being pregnant. There is so much work into showing a puppy, let alone having 4 dogs. I don't want 4 dogs right now... but...
He's so perfect. Perfect for my female, perfect health testing, just everything. But I don't know how I'm fitting the dog program into life with a baby yet. Damnit. But I've been watching for a dog like him for two years. And I can get him for a ridiculous price, considering how well he's built.
Well, that's just my ploy to see how perfect this guy is.
It's tough though. 4 dogs is alot for me. But you've been looking out for a dog for two years and this one seems perfect, I say take the risk and get him.
My second beta came back at 502, which is a doubling time of 55 hours. I wish it was a little closer to 48 but it's in the normal range so hopefully all is ok. I have one more draw on Monday.
Everything looks good with the little jelly bean. I got dated at 7w5d. They are going to keep monitoring though because they keep seeing spotting and such. Might have to get an extra dose of rhogam(sp?).
Yay caer! I'm happy your doubling time is within normal range. Big relief! And @priss08 how many more monitoring u/s will you need? Happy that this was a good one for you!
And we stopped for an hour to eat and walk around. MH asked me why I would put DD in a long sleeved shirt and was there some sort of significance to my decision. And I had already made a show of rolling up her sleeves. Still nothing!!

Ugh I feel your pain @amc25, my little guy is teething as well. Hope you get more sleep tonight! Maternity pants are the best mikaela20, you won't regret it! I'm already kind of excited to get mine out in a couple weeks haha. That would be so gross and distracting ladytiffany24! Yay for a successful shopping trip and lunch @justinslovo! FX for your betas caer. Glad you had a good appointment @priss08! Love the update zengal, I can't believe they still haven't noticed
