We went out for lunch at a market near our old apartment. I'm too nauseous to eat anything but a biscuit. I think the root cause is sleeping in and having a late breakfast. Plus I only ate a muffin. Poor life choices. The smells here are fine but coffee is a big thing, and thinking about it makes me queasy.

I'm taking a bath while Elena naps and my husband and parents are unloading their truck. Ha! I win moving day by a mile!! Elena and I will be joining them after lunch.
I don't know...we'll have to compare stories. Mine is pretty bad.
These stories could be thread-worthy.
My MIL hasn't spoken to me since DS was 5 months old because I didn't answer the phone when she called. I was feeding DS. Apparently I "changed" after having him. She's a nut.

Fearsy the first in home daycare was similar to your in laws. It was fine for the first few weeks and then they got a dog and weren't successful in training it. DS only went there for about an hour and a half before preschool. I would pick him up when I got home from work and bring him to school. (I work nights) When I picked him up one day he stunk so bad I had to take him home and give him a bath. I quickly pulled him and found a new daycare.

My DH is trying to get DS to nap in his crib... He's boycotted for like a month now. But I think it's time we retrain because it's so inconvenient sometimes.

Thanks for the info @justinslovo! Before I decide to pop any, I'm going to double check with my ob/gyn. Not because I don't trust your info but because I'm paranoid.
I took an amazing nap but I'm still so sleepy. I was thinking of asking my doctor for a Diclegis prescription at my appointment this week but I've heard it knocks you out and I don't know if I can handle being any more exhausted
Yes it does. I started to take it but I can't handle being so tired. I decided to take just one in the morning today, and napped for 2 hours before noon. So I'm going to try it just at night during the week when I'm working. It does help but it's delayed for me. It doesn't kick in right away.

Thanks for the kind words and wishes everyone. Looks like I'm going to be put on birth control for a while. I am thinking Mirena but I haven't had it in 5.5 years and didn't try to conceive right after I had it removed. Has anyone had experience trying to conceive shortly after getting an iud taken out? I hope it's ok if I ask this last question.

summerrain we delayed three cycles because of anecdotal stories that multiples were more common right after removing it. The general consensus was that most women should have no unusual problems conceiving after having it removed.
I'm so sorry for your loss, summerrain. I'm assuming they confirmed that the pregnancy was intrauterine before being concerned about appendicitis?
I was beyond out of it today. They took my blood and did a pelvic exam. My pain was higher than it should have been for an ectopic so I think that's why they thought it we appendicitis, which I told them I knew it wasn't but that's beside the point. I would have only been 5 weeks tomorrow so I don't think they would see anything on the ultrasound which I'm pretty sure is why they didn't bother. My doctor was luckily the one on call today and the ER doc consulted with her before they did the ct and she was ok with it. My numbers were only in the 70s and with my increase in bleeding they knew I was miscarrying. If my doctor wouldn't have been consulted I might have put up a fight, but she knows me and I trust her. Was I dumb? Good decision making was not my strong suit today.

Hugs, hon. I'm so sorry for your loss.
Thank you. I'll make sure to tell my husband that because he is beyond terrified of twins.

I take 2 at night. I'm more tired than I can remember being in my life, but I was tired before I stated taking it and it's better than puking. (IMO- but I also can't function when I am nauseous, and am sort of okay when I'm tired!)
I'm so sorry you're going through this summerrain. There is a woman on my other BMB who was previously a rep for a IUD company. I remember her saying that the recommendation is to wait one full cycle to TTC again upon removal because of an increased risk of loss. Sending some extra hugs your way. I hate this so much for you.
