Also, I've pretty much worn nothing but leggings all winter. I refuse to keep buying new jeans/real pants until I'm the same size for at least a month.
I've been the same size for almost 8 months (yeah, since I had my baby okay? I haven't lost shit.) And I still refuse to buy clothes, because I refuse to accept being this size.
I hear ya. Even though I'm below my pre-pregnancy weight, I was pretty overweight before, so I refuse to spend money on clothes. I do have a very nice office work wardrobe hanging in the closet that spans several sizes, but I never had many casual clothes. Thus the reason I now pretty much wear the same few outfits all the time. And by outfits I mean leggings/yoga/flannel PJ's and whatever shirt has the least baby drool/barf/breastmilk on it at the time.
None of us really wear them, but if we didn't use "trainers" it's a lot less likely to be misunderstood as something funny or embarrassing. When we first got here, DH used to get his co-workers laughing every time he said he spilled coffee on his pants.

TJ someone wise told me that if you're BF'ing you could retain weight just because of the hormones from that. Supposedly the "retention" is the strongest from 0-6 months PP, but can effect you until you wean. I blame that for my bigger size & also refuse to break out my old clothes from pre-weight loss after D.

I was the same weight from the day I gave birth until 9 months pp. Then I lost 30lbs. in 5 months. During that time both of my kids weaned. I think taking food out of my diet that I was actually quite sensitive too also helped, but I didn't decrease calories at all.
