Clara will just about 2 months shy of 3 when I am due. I'm due 3/28 and her birthday is 5/26. I'm happy to hear that a 3 year old helps @justinslovo! I am nervous
We're looking at about a 21 month difference depending on if I ever get a due date! Much close in age than we were planning (we were thinking more like 2 1/2 - 3 years ideally), but I'll take a surprise pregnancy without having to do fertility treatments this time around!
So jnnfrrose6 you get to hold my hand with having already experiencing 2u2. Pretty please!
I never thought it was too scary. Coming home with DS and not knowing what the hell I was doing was so much scary. At least the second time around we had an idea about what we were getting ourselves into. We kept DS in daycare to keep his routine so that was a huge help. I don't know how SAHM's do it.
My first two were 18 months apart. It wasn't bad. By the time Madeleine was eating solid foods, Eve wanted to help me with her.
Ten years after Madeleine came the twins. The older two have been a HUGE help with them. Nothing like having older daughters to help with everything including changing diapers
Of course, the last two are ten minutes apart. I think the only thing that gets crazier then that is triplets or quadruplets. The first year is insane, the second year, slightly less so.. the third year is getting fun
You set up a routine, know that someone is going to throw a wrench in it (just like in an office or other job), and make sure you get a date night at least every other weekend!
I wanted mine 2.5 years apart and they will be 2 years and 10 months apart. I used to think people that did just a 2 year age gap were nuts but I feel like that actually would be perfect! I think my DD would be an excellent helper now that she is 2!
We will have just over a three year difference between DS and the new LO. I really, really wanted 2u2 but life had other plans. In the end, I think I'll be happy to have DS be a little bit older.
DD turns 2 in Feb. I really wanted them between 2-3 years apart but was nervous it would take a long time like the first time around. Now I'm a little nervous that this is earlier than I'm ready for, but I'm mostly excited to see DD as a big sister
BFP #1 December 2012 - MMC January 2013, D&C February 2013 BFP #2 October 2014 - DD arrived July 16, 2015 BFP #3 July 2016 - MC @ 9 weeks August 2016 BFP #4 Due January 2, 2018 - Please stick baby!
DD was ahead of where DS is in a number of ways, so I think this will be more challenging.
I had special toy bag for DD to use/play with when I was nursing DS. She loved it because it wasn't what she was used to playing with. She looked forward to it a lot early on. Then she became used to me being unavailable during that time.

DS will be about 2.5 when this LO arrives, I hoped sending him to preschool once he turns 3 in August a couple days a week would help give me a little break so we'll see.
We'll be just shy of 2 years. Based on my ultrasound and new EDD LO#2 is due about 3 weeks before DS's second birthday. We were hoping for a close age gap (18 months-2.5 years apart ideally) so we're very happy with this spacing.
DD will be right at two years when this LO is born. She's also a March baby. Based on my EDD, it's completely possible that they will have the same birthday or within a few days of each other.

DD turns 3 on 1/29 and this LO is due 3/1, so just about three years. DD was almost 2 weeks early, so I may end up with a February baby if things go the same.
