Get a junky novel from the store or on an electronic device and read. Or find a show that fills the save void. When I was 15 or so I realized that I could eat a bag of sweet-tarts or read a light novel, and the exact same part of my brain seemed to be activated. Bath? Or cold shower if you are hot. Bed is good. Plan something you want to do. Read about it on the web. Indeed, vent here or with someone else.

Movie in bed, diet coke, and a bag of chips. That's my usual go to bad day cure. I have a group chat with a few girlfriends and jumping into that usually brightens my day a bit.
