We are going on an Alaskan cruise in two weeks. I'll be 7/8 weeks and likely in the full swing of morning sickness. I got pretty sick with DD so I'm looking for tips for the cruise. I also tend to get motion sick and have had reasonable luck on past cruises, but usually lost it a few times.

I get super motion sickness and usually bonine works for me. (I don't know if this is safe for pregnancy - ask your doctor) I looked it up and it says it is a category B.
I did buy some seabands from amazon, peppermint helps me so I always have peppermint gum. I also have preggie pops and gin gins on hand.

I have to get the patch behind the ear thing when I cruise. It helped me tremendously. I am not sure if it's safe during pregnancy tho and you have to get a prescription from your doctor.
Our honeymoon was my first cruise and I was so sea sick. The waiter brought me a plain baked potato one evening when I was feeling particularly green. I have no idea how, but it totally settled my stomach.

If you are cruising the Inner Passage, hopefully the wave action will be pretty chill. I get seasick easily and only had a few hours of discomfort on our cruise when we were in more open water in Canadian waters.
As for the morning sickness, I swear by ginger ale, toast, preggie pops, and distracting myself with activity.
