I can relate to you a bit about feeling isolated about a medical issue. After DS1 was born I had a ton of problems and ended up needing a vaginal wall reconstruction. Recovery from that was worse than delivery. DS was 3 months old and I couldn't exactly tell people I had vaginal surgery and could use some extra help. I had a job that required a ton of travel and physical labor. I had another follow up surgery when DS was 7 months.
I really hope the pt helps. FWIW, I used an estrogen cream last time and did not see any effects on my milk supply. It helped with discomfort and I would do it again. Big ((hugs)).
