Still nursing my 12 month old on demand, which lately is a lot. No obvious decrease in supply yet. Just trying to eat and stay hydrated. I feel like I should be doing oatmeal but it sounds gross right now. I might try to make those easy banana oat cookies though.

I'm nursing my 14 month old 3-4 times during the day and 1-2 times at night. She also comfort nurses another 2 times at night too. I'm beat and my nipples hurt all the time. Obviously, she gets meals and snacks too. My supply dropped when I got my BFP for sure. I'm finding most days I'm ready to be done. I don't know where to start. We also cosleep and I'm ready to have my bed back too. Sorry that turned into a vent.
Other than drinking lots of water, I'm not doing much to maintain my supply. Are you going to tandem nurse iqeb?
Still nursing my 14 month old twice a day. He also comfort nurses once or twice in the middle of the night. My supply has definitely decreased, but to be honest, I'm not sure how interested I am in trying to actively maintain it. I'm not opposed to tandem nursing, but I would really like to have DS night weaned before the baby arrives.
LydiaDeetz, I feel on you the nipple pain and just being beat.
That sounds hard, LydiaDeetz. I've been lucky so far that I haven't had pain (well, her latch has been terrible since she started getting molars but that was before I was pregnant). We don't cosleep because she doesn't like to do side-lying and she likes her space, so I just go into her room to nurse her once or twice a night. I can totally see how feeling like you're nursing all night long could be exhausting at this point. I hope you find a way to either wean or feel better about nursing soon!
I'm pretty much taking it day by day and planning to nurse for as long as it's working for both of us. I'm open to tandem nursing, although it does sound a bit overwhelming!
I am still nursing and I am ready to be done! I'm afraid DD doesn't take to the bottle very happily when I offer it to her much of the time. Last night, my nipples were really getting sore, like LydiaDeetz. I am hoping that this coming week when my mom visits, she will help me with the weaning process by feeding her bottles and letting me exit the stage a bit. Babies seem to always want the good stuff!
Does she like straw or sippy cups sfazar? I haven't pumped in forever because my kid hasn't been willing to so much as look at a bottle since she was 3 weeks old, but she pretty happily drinks water from a 360 or straw cup. I haven't introduced any other beverages to her, but if we end up weaning during my pregnancy I'll probably do almond and/or cows milk in a cup.

I am still nursing my 14 month old on demand. He just started sleeping through the night so at least we are not nursing MOTN anymore. I haven't noticed a dip in my supply yet. I am letting him self wean so we may or may not end up tandem nursing.
iqeb--sippy cups have been a fail for us so far, but i should try again. she has been taking a bottle from me once in a while. i honestly think that at some point my milk will dry up and she is going to just be forced to accept the alternative. will keep you all posted!
My nips are getting super sensitive. I'm hoping she'll wean soon. It would be nice to have my boobs to myself for a couple of months before #2 comes. I'm pretty ready to be done all of a sudden, but not ready to go cold turkey.
