Good morning! I just got a 6 hour stretch. Glorious.
Today I'm getting a cut and colour. I really want to chop my hair but I'm going to refrain as I want to keep my various ponytail and bun options. I'll chop when I go back to work.

A friend and I are going out for a bit today. I don't really feel like it, I've been on the go a lot this week. But I haven't hung it with her in over a month so I don't really want to turn her down!
Since Ry had that cold he's not been great with sleeping in his crib ... Last night he woke up 2x in 3 hrs and kept spitting his paci out & waking up. Normally he sleeps a good 4-6 hrs but he didn't until I just put him in bed with me. Maybe my expectations are too high I just don't want to form s habit of him in my bed 😕

I'm having similar worries about forming bad habits. DD won't sleep in my bed though so that's not a problem. She cries every time I try! Lol

birkmmm, DS is still battling his cold and is still stuffy when lying flat. I haven't even attempted back to the cosleeper. He is in the RnP. I say do what you can to survive and get back to routine when he is recovered!

We slept way better than expected since everyone was super fussy from shots yesterday evening. Damian will be off to PT for a more thorough look at his flat spot and helmet determination. His range of motion is getting better with the stretches though. Gwen needs to start on neck stretches now too, but no PT. I think Laurel puzzles her immensely as she has great head control, but doesn't prop herself up in tummy time as much as she feels she should. So she will get a home evaluation for that.
My dog got out yesterday and was nasty when we brought her back so I got to bathe her. Now evidently she is out again this morning. I am not happy about this.

We lost power last night. Went to the in laws for the night so none of us slept well of course. Still out this morning. The power company's estimation is 1pm today. Boo.
A friend from HS... Who was in church youth group with me!! That I haven't heard from in years is apparently now making custom bongs. Facebook apparently thinks I need one, since I've suddenly starting having my feed filled with them..
Whhyyyyyy? I'm not a weed person, and having a baby didn't turn me into one!
I'm so tired! I went through the Starbucks drive through and forgot to order my drink "iced." I came home after and put it in ice, but it's just not the same! I told DH I'd go to Costco later, but that's one place I have not yet ventured alone with two kids.
Got a nice 3 mile walk in this morning. I plan it for Es AM nap so she slept through most if it and when she wakes she loves being outside... Now that she's past the colic and the reflux is under control, she is a really content baby!
I am also thankful for pump breaks at work, but it can be hard to get it. I may consider prolonged BF just so I can keep nice boobs and take legally protected breaks lol!

I'm home with a "sick" toddler again (had a low fever at daycare yesterday due to his ear infection, policy is he has to stay home the next day). This morning's pumping session was cut short because he walked into the dining room where I was pumping, mumbled something unintelligible, and barfed on my lap. Motherhood is so glamorous.
By the way he's fine. Classic toddler boot and rally.
I just noticed this too! I can't believe it's been a year since our BFPs and intros and meeting one another. Sometimes I wonder about the people that faded away.

Also, I love Costco!
I'm not 100% but i believe the pumping at work law only covers pump breaks for 1 year.
The number of times in which BOTH babies are crying at the same time is only increasing in frequency....severity of cry also. I can tell it's been a long day for all of us bc we only have 1 page on this thread so far.

I'm barely scraping by right now. Up at 4:30 with Cam's early morning wake-up because my alarm is about to go off by the time I'm done with him. Get ready, work all day running all over the school, get both boys and go home, try to spend some time with them, dinner, bedtime, clean up, get lunches/ bottles/ snacks etc ready for tomorrow, pump, and it's 10:00. I'm beyond exhausted.
