I'm cautiously hopeful this is my new home for a while. I got my BFP Thursday night after returning from a mini family vacation and it was a big surprise. This is my 4th pregnancy, but I've had two consecutive losses over the past year, the first was at 9w in late August last year and my most recent was last month at 5-6w. (EDD were Mar '16 and Feb '17) Originally I wasn't going to join just yet because, well because PGAL brain sucks major balls. I'm not excited yet, I'm scared and then a bit numb from it all.
I am due mid to late April, my tracking was a bit off this month due to my MC and my previous history of having PCOS and taking ages to conceive. I will have to see an early pregnancy specialist for some medical issues, and I go in Monday for some blood tests that may help me pinpoint how far along I am.
My son is 4 and a massive handful. I work in mental health and am currently enrolled back in school to further my degree. My husband works shift work and is away more than he's home. We have our mini menagerie of two dogs, two rescue cats, two Guinea pigs, and four fish. I love cooking and recipe creating, watching home improvement shows and dramas, playing video games, and reading whatever I can that's not my course books.
Thanks for reading! Looking forward to getting to know you all.
