I'm going to break the blue cheese rule a lot. Because it's my favorite. I am trying to be good for the first 90 days of my pregnancy and sticking to the absolutely no medicine unless 100% necessary rule.
I'm going to be eating so much feta and blue cheese. Last pregnancy, my OB gave me the okay to eat soft cheese as long as it was pasteurized. Since most grocery store cheese is made from pasteurized milk, it wasn't really an issue.
Very true. Unfortunately A LOT of pregnancy advice crap goes totally overkill.
My Sprout App was all "DON'T eat even the pasteurized stuff! It could grow listeria!"
Of course anything could have listeria. It's frustrating.
