H vetoed doing it. Since his fever hasn't gone completely away he doesn't want to keep jerking people around with "is it on, is it off?" So it's off. I have to try to reach the park guy again. I am sad.
Um... 99 isn't a fever.
Yeah I don't think so either. H just meant that because he's not back to normal (still increased temp and fussy) that we're not out if the woods yet. Which it turns out we're not because W's temp is back over 100 again. :k

Although it is above normal right and with the fussiest we know he's fighting off something. I mean I wouldn't keep him home from school but I would consider keeping him home from a party rather than expose others to whatever his body is fighting off.

But if you would send him into school you'd still be exposing people. Just not people you know personally. If you'd send him to school, then you should just have the party.
And FWIW, 101.2 is technically a fever with my ped. So I'd be dosing some tylenol and going on with my business. But that's just me.

DS went to a trial karate class tonight. He started out by announcing that "the best way to beat a bad guy is to kick him in the penis" and the rest of the class went from there lol. He had a great time though so we're going to sign him up!
skinandbones you should have played your music loudly through speakers at those women. They're like the person who picks the stall next to you in a totally open public bathroom. Don't do that!
shellyr sounds like your first day was a success! I hope you're also having wine tonight.

I consider school a must so if he's on the mend and has a high temp but under 100 then I'd send him. But extras like sports, parties, hanging with friends are a no go. Stay home and get better. Also, a raised temp that's just random (teething style) and a raised temp with fussiness, red throat, etc is different for me. If this was teething we'd totally just tell guests and have the party.

So DH talked to someone about the room change. Basically they place people in rooms based on length they been there and birth dates. DS1 has been there the the least amount of time and probably the youngest.
I know he'll be fine. He did awesome transitioning to the new place and I know he'll be fine. The 2 classrooms also use the same outside area. I'm just sad.
I also think dropping pumping is screwing with my hormones so there's that.
I love H. W was fussing but I've already taken my sleeping pill so I asked him if he would just rock him for a minute. He said he'd be glad to (I think he misses his time with him). They are now sitting in the glider cuddling and staring at each other.
