So I had a great Target experience yesterday. I had a list of some random things. We get to checkout and Little Bones likes to put things on the belt. So he's turning around and getting things from the basket and on the the belt. I ask her to price check something that I found in clearance but weren't marked. I start panicking that he is going to start acting up because I have no idea how long this is going to take.
Little Bones starts going through my purse looking for my wallet so he can "help pay." Cashier gives him an empty gift card which he proudly swipes and then a "receipt." Dude was so proud of himself.
I'm hanging on to the gift card for dear life. It was a brilliant idea. I'm going to start hanging onto to empty cards for this reason.
That is really cute. I can not wait for my kid to be a bigger kid.
So my new job is a work on progress for my job duties. I have hit the point to where I need more to do. How do I say so in a way that doesn't sound like, I'm bored I have nothing to do?
I feel like I'm getting the hang of things and I'm ready to take on more, something along those lines.

Is there anything that you want to learn?
Everything! But all sales people are at a conference so I need more day to day things

Last night DD was up all. night. long.
DAMN TEETH.
On the upside, DH slept on her room floor, and tended to her all night, then he went to work this morning.
I was being sympathetic, but in my mind I was thinking "How was that? Huh? Think you could do that again tonight? and for the next week? or month? or year? It sucks right?! Have a great day! Have like 10 coffees! LOL"
tuscanlatte, no don't apologize, live in his aha moment!! It makes me smile when this happens to H and then he's like I'm tired and I'm like who do you think does that every night all might when you're out of town???
This week's just going to involve a lot of planning, crafting, and cleaning the kitchen for W's birthday (so I can cook all the food on Friday). I'm a little overwhelmed but I think it's going to go really well.
