I let my anniversary sneak up on me this year... 3rd anniversary is leather and I found so many adorable leather things for DH but its in two days. I ended up with a fancy shave kit and leather travel bag for it. IDK how much use it will get because DH keeps a trimmed beard, but at least his neck will have a nice shave?!
So, DS's diaper rash isn't yeast (yay!) but it's bacterial infection (boo!). I'm now googling how to clean our cloth diapers to try to avoid this again... I'm pretty certain it's because of the washer in our apartment building. I can't wait until we move in October! This won't be an issue once we have our own washer and dryer and can control the temp (the washer's hot cycle isn't hot- it's barely lukewarm) so I'm certain this is the culprit because it's not killing the crap in them
I just called to reconfirm my appointment and asked if they would do an ultrasound and they said no . How the hell am I going to know if everything is okay !??
Maybe when you get there talk to to your doctor about your concerns. They may be more understanding than the receptionist about you wanting an ultrasound. My doctor told me to call if I'm ever really stressed out and they can get me in for an ultrasound to help ease my anxiety.
TTMA sleeping/pregnancy pillows. I didn't use/need one with DD, but right now I am just constantly feeling like I cannot get comfortable at night. Tips or tricks?
I used a Leachco Snoogle with DS2 and loved it. I will be ordering another one for this pregnancy soon. I gave mine away after DS2, but I loved it for afterwards too bc I would wrap it around me and nurse while sitting up in bed.

Sorry, onesweetworld. Is this just supposed to be an intake appt, then? I didn't get an u/s at my first appointment because it was too early-my practice won't until 8 weeks- but I've heard of people with more complications in their history getting one earlier. Sorry if you have a siggy but I'm mobile- how far along are you again?
